We were so impressed with Winkworth, more specifically Millie. She was FANTASTIC! Millie kept us up-to-date with the property we were purchasing. She even helped on our sale as our estate agents were so incompetent. Millie understood the stress of selling and buying, was so supportive and went way above what she was meant to do. We are forever grateful and we would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their house in Bourne and the surrounding areas. Even though we didn’t sell through Winkworth, we would do in the future, but we cannot see us ever selling as we’ve found our forever home. Thank you Millie!

The team at winkworths estate agents in Bourne have done a terrific job managing our house purchase. Our process was a little complicated but Millie and the team ensured everything went smoothly at all times.
We were always kept in the loop and nothing was too much trouble.
Adam and Katie were really professional and friendly but we have to give a huge shout to Millie who went above and beyond to help keep things on track and never dropped the ball once.
We can only heap praise on the whole team and highly recommend their services. They are by far the best, most caring and professional estate agents we have come across.

Winkworths sold my property in Elsea Park Bourne, in July 2018. They were absolutely fabulous. Adam was professional and honest. We had, had other valuations but some were overly inflated to try and gain our business. House buyers are much more savvy these days as they have access to a lot more information on Rightmove, Onthemarket and other platforms. They know if something is too expensive for the area and square footage. As a result of realistic pricing we had lots of proceedable buyers. We were kept regularly informed and communication was good. They were enthusiastic about the house and the benefits it could offer to other families.
If we move again we would not use anyone else. It’s 5***** from us!!!

We have just bought & sold property's with Winkworth Bourne office. Whilst we have dealt with many Estate Agents in the past with varying degrees of service, we can honestly say that this latest experience with the Bourne Office, and in particular, Adam & Millie, has been exceptional.
So much so, they managed to secure our sale in exactly 4 weeks! The level of service, commitment and almost daily communication to ensure this sale & purchase went through was above and way beyond what we have experienced in the past with lesser agents.

Adam and Millie handled our sale after being recommended to us by friends following their succesful sale. What an excellent job they did. Clear and bright pictures, super fast to get us to market, real buyers on their books and thoughtful pricing that was right on the nail, no vanity pricing to get us on the hook, or low balling to create a feeding frenzy and/or other shenanigans. The result was, that we had a fair and genuine asking price offer from a lovely family within 3 days of marketing.
Lack of forethought (to put it mildly) further down the chain caused a LOT of unecessary strain and pressure on the sale and chain further along the process, but Adam and Millie held it all together, (and me!) and we got it all over the line! I’m very very glad we chose them, they were really worth their weight in gold!

I have nothing but good things to say with regards to Adam’s assistance and support during our move. I’m fact he was the only person in the process that I could fully trust to take action towards the end…and if not for Adam and his expertise we could have easily missed several completion dates as a result of solicitors and agents failing to communicate. Sarah.. the director!!.. really shouldn't be doing viewings as she has no social skills, is cold and miserable and her attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable during a viewing. Put us off a house we was considering putting an offer on because we didn't want to have to deal with her so think twice before putting your property up with this company.

The house had previously been marketed by another Bourne agent who were to say the least not professional, we went to Adam who pitched the property at the correct price point and through out the process was very professional and approachable, the property was sold within a short period of time and the viewings were well conducted within the guidelines of Covid restrictions.

We moved to Bourne 6 years ago and recently moved house staying in the Town as we like it so much. We looked to sell our house over a year ago but couldn't find anything we liked so took our property off the market. The advice, service and professionalism from Adam Rose at Winkworth was great. At no time were we forced into any decisions or pressured into making wrong decisions.
This is why when we put the house on the market again and sold it in the Summer last year we didn't consider calling anyone else.
We contacted Adam and the house was on the market the next day, it sold in a few weeks for the fee we wanted (in fact we got slightly more than we wanted). The sale was hard work with our buyer but Adam and his team had lots of patience and at no point lost interest or gave poor service. I would advise anyone looking to get an honest and professional opinion on a valuation to call Adam at Winkworth, he knows the area well and is always polite, happy and enthusiastic, so much passion and its clear to see when you meet him. No other agent in the Town competes in terms of passion, drive and professionalism.

We were very pleased that we instructed Winkworth to sell our house. The sale proved to quite arduous and stressful at times due to the eventual purchaser dropping out and then returning to eventually complete the sale. I don’t mind saying that I have always been a little bit sceptical about Estate Agents and what they do. In all honesty we have been blown away by the service we have received throughout; those involved were instrumental to driving the final elements of the sale and purchase and without the hard work and professionalism of Daniel and Adam I don’t think we would be in the position we are in now.
