Kieran and Dylan valued our house, they were very thorough, professional and courteous. The valuation was above our expectations, and they fully justified why with evidence and research, so we felt comfortable that it was certainly not a "pie in the sky" valuation. I understand that they are one of the top offices in the area and I can see why.

We sold through Newton Fallowell and can honestly say, they were faultless. From the very first meeting, the whole team went over and above. They did a great job listing our property, drummed up a lot of interest in a short time, got viewings in quickly at times that were convenient to us and within just a few weeks we had an offer. Once we had sold, they continued to support us in our search for a new home and were great communicators during which can be a long and stressful process. Like all sales, it wasn't 100% straight forward but as soon as we came up against hurdles they effortless navigated past them and worked with us to get a successful resolution. When we completed we were genuinely a bit sad to no longer be speaking with the team regularly, they're great guys! We would 100% use again.
