Spent 18 months with a big name high street estate agent trying to sell my home to no avail. Then I discovered hunters Widnes, who made everything so much easier. They did the viewings for me, gave me constant feedback and actively searches for buyers. Within 2 months I had accepted an offer and the sale went through without any hitches. And to top it all off between hunters and the Solicitors which they recommended I saved over £3000 in fees compared to the big name high street agent. Couldn’t be happier. Before I went with Hunters I had never heard of the agency, they were recommended by a family friend. It turned out to be a very good agency. Very efficient and motivated, Chris the agent dealing with my house sale was available 24-7 no matter what time I needed to speak to him.
