Unfortunately, we were unable to sell our house. Our experience was impacted when our main estate agent unexpectedly left the business, and we were not informed until we noticed they had left our group chat and we had to enquire about what was going on. Communication and follow up with potential buyers was lacking, and we frequently had to chase for updates. Additionally, we were tied into a 12-week contract and ideally we would have switched earlier. We’ve now decided to list with a different estate agent that doesn’t lock clients in.

I would like to thank Abi Daly, for her support and patience in ensuring I was successfully in obtaining my property. It was a difficult period in my life going through a painful separation and divorce, and she was one of the supporting cogs, in me getting my ducks in a row. Thank you Hunters and Abi Daly, for the outstanding customer service, and out of the box thinking. Can't thank them all enough, and would recommend them to anyone, looking for tailored customer service and support.
