Please read before using this company. I had an offer accepted on a lovely property that both me and my partner fell in love with, and while we were in the process of sorting the mortgage out, they went behind our backs, and put the house back on the market without notice. They gave no fair warning, and it was against our knowledge. When questioning why, they claimed that we didn't send the necessary documents in, (when we did, I have the emails and correspondence to prove it), and also that we did not even have a DIP! They also claimed that four weeks had passed... It was less than 2 weeks, with a bank holiday in this period also. We kept good communication with them, and asked if they needed anything else, to which they said all checks had passed. We called a few days later to say that papers were going in very soon and that there was no issue. They were strangely quiet toward me and my partner, which we both felt. They rang the following day saying that the property was put back on the market the night before, and another offer rolled in to which the sellers accepted. It was strange that they neglected to tell my partner that same morning, when she rang before me to check everything was ok! In my opinion, Igomove are shady, and me, my partner, as well as our family and friends will never use them again. To you directly Igomove. It was very immoral of you to do this. As first time buyers we were struggling enough, and we went over our comfortable bid to secure the property. We had our hopes and dreams of this house, dashed. I wish we never bid on this house... Fantastic experience from start to finish with Igo Move! Initially with Michael who came to visit and give us an estimate from moving onto photography (the guy was amazing!) and listing our property. We haven’t sold a property before so we had a lot of questions. Laura at Igo should be rated 1000/10, she was so accommodating, patient very communicative. Laura updated us every step of the way and answered a lot of our little queries, even down to moving day Laura was in contact with us with reassurance every step of the way. I could not recommend enough! We have purchased our forever home so hopefully won’t be moving again ???? but if I was I would be going to Igo without a doubt and can not recommend them enough! Booked an appointment to view a property a week in advance, received confirmation of the viewing with Igomove via text message. Had confirmation of the viewing, went to the property waiting there to be met by the estate agent for the viewing. Upon arrival we waited for the estate agent to show up and there was no sign of the agent. I called the office to ask where the estate agent was to show us around the property to be told (on the night) that the vendor would be showing us around the property. Upon arrival at the property we said we are here for a 5 o’clock viewing. we were then greeted by the vender with these words, “no you’re not” We then discussed that I had a confirmation text message to say that we had a viewing. The vendor then went on to inform us that all of his viewings were on Sunday. We found his demeanour very off putting and rude.... Read more

We received an excellent level of service from the start. All of the Igo Move Team worked exceptionally hard to make the selling and purchasing experience as seamless as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Throughout the process, we were kept fully informed on the sale and were given feedback after every viewing. It only took 3 weeks to sell our property; we were moved in our new property within 11 weeks. This was all down to the expertise, time and effort of the IGO Move team!
