Massively over valued the property basically to get your business. Once agreed to work with them the value instantly dropped over £20k. Ended up dropping another £25k to get the sale. Lazy work, add pics to a website and let it do all the work. Other agents would have contacted their client base to actually sell the property. Also commission rate agreed is not the rate they then contract you with.

Jack was truly amazing, from the 1st meeting until I completed on my new home. I have moved many times but I can honestly say he was the best agent I’ve ever dealt with.
