Massively over valued the property basically to get your business. Once agreed to work with them the value instantly dropped over £20k. Ended up dropping another £25k to get the sale. Lazy work, add pics to a website and let it do all the work. Other agents would have contacted their client base to actually sell the property. Also commission rate agreed is not the rate they then contract you with.... Read more
