Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

Excellent agency, they are fair, kind, honest, helpful and always quick to respond. I ended up leaving them because I wanted to rent in a different area of London, but I wish my new area had Lord Estates. They are by far the best renting agency I've seen so far.

Lord Estates is by far the best agency within central London. They look after them tenants like no one else would and fix issues within seconds. The whole team is very friendly and easy to deal with! I am a happy tenant for now 5 years!

I've been renting with/from Lord Estates for some years now. The best estate agency I've ever encountered. They honor agreements, and really they’re for you when you needed them. Not to mention that it is an agency with honor and high standards, with the aim to make tenants and landlords happy and not an aim to rip you off in all possible ways and sadly many agencies and agents do. 5 stars not enough really for the respect they treat you with. Hoping one day to buy with them, as I would not trust anyone else with the task to make the right choice and right purchase. If anyone asks me to recommend agency, the answer always only one “Lord Estate”

I recently bought a property from Lords estates and I have to
say that Olia Dmytryk was the nicest agent I have come
across in all the time I have been buying property. Olia was so
genuine and attentive, from the moment I meet her. it is quite
rare that you meet someone as nice as her.
When I went to pick up the keys for my property their were two
young ladies that spoke to me outside saying that this company
bends over backwards to help them with anything and that a certain
gentleman in the company they see him as their father. These two young
ladies are not originally from the Uk so its nice to hear they have a good
opinion of the company and their values.
