I want to share a cautionary experience with Ideal Properties. Living conditions are consistently poor, repairs are neglected, and rents fluctuate arbitrarily. The alarming part is their possession of double and triple keys, granting them access without consent. Encounters with their representatives have been distressing, including aggressive approaches for arrears and unsettling street confrontations in Luton.
