Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.... Read more

Initially was let down by another agent based in Luton (Benjamin Stevens) who held my property for over 2 months and never were able to find me any tenants. Turned to LT and Kazaan was extremely quick in overturning the issue within a week. He fulfilled what he promised during valuation.
