I must admit that I am very surprised by this agency. In many places in this country, I have rented houses, and it was rather unpleasant. This is the first real estate agency that actually met my expectations. Last Friday, the central heating and hot water boiler broke down... The next day, I had an appointment scheduled with a new boiler. I must admit that I am impressed. I highly recommend it. Finally, I found a company that genuinely cares about the customer.

We asked for investment advice. We received a lot of knowledge and advice that we were not aware of. Thanks to Gosia and Krzysztof, instead of selling the property, we probably learned how to keep it and plan to buy another one. It was our first and certainly not the last meeting with Oshin Nu Concept Real Estate.

Kris and his wife kicked me out in the street. I came back from work and I couldn’t gain access to my apartment he changed the locks no prior notice he ignored all my calls. Slept in the street for about 3days in winter. I don’t advise anyone to use his services. See photographs of his tossing out my property

I found a house for rent on Zoopla and trying to call this agency for about 2 days now. I also sent email and left voice mail but no answer from them. The only answer on the phone is their answering machine saying about the office program, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm.. but no one is answering the phone or taking messages. So is only the robot working at this office ...
And also, don't bother to look after my name in your system as you won't find it because you are very unprofessional and have no respect for the public ????

I would highly recommend the consultation with Kris & Malgorzata who showed us new opportunities how to earn on what we already have. They shared their knowledge and adviced us how to refurbish a house to get the highest potential return on investment. Most likely they saved us from the mistake of selling the house in the South.
