Worst agency I've had to deal with in 7 years and many moves around London!
Incompetent, arrogant, inefficient, dishonest staff and company!
They keep doing their "inspections" but never get anything fixed.
They disappear whenever you need them.
They are the worst headache as they keep asking you to forward and re-froward and re-forward every email and end up giving excuses as to why they don't read their emails.
Cherry on top? They will loose your deposit and try to run away from their responsibilities.
Companies like that should be closed!

Apart from the infestation of rats, the house was fine. The agents were the only reason I moved.
I couldn't deal with them any longer. You call then to report a problem and you're bounced between different people each time, none of them knowing what is going on and nobody returns your calls.
I've never been so frustrated and stressed as I have with these agents.
Rude and unprofessional, it took over a month for them to get their handyman to lay rat poison. Meanwhile we were living in fear and the stench was unbearable, people were falling sick.
I would avoid these agents and their less than ideal quarters.

Ideal quarters as a company are extreamly incompetent, the staff seem clue-less and require training in customer service and overall general knowledge of their industry. I went in to get information for both letting out and sale of my property and the staff member I was dealing with was clue-less to the procedures, regulations, and current legislation. Their fees are unacceptable and the services offered are not value for money, the staff member I was dealing with could not give me teh correct information so he phoned someone senior who was clearly just rambling adhoc fee percentages that they thought they shoulod charge me, the team were pushy unfriendly and did not have confidence in their own ability, the fees are extortionate and other members of the team are unproffesional and feel that it is acceptable to swear umongst themselves whist being in the presence of a potential client.
The service is poor, the staff are rude and clearly incompetent, no one in that work place seems to knows what they are doing, do not use this pathetic excuse for a company avoid at all cost go to a more reputable business.
