We found our flat through Redac Strattons. We found them to be friendly and helpful, easy to go to with any issues we may have. The flat we got is also managed by them and we are happy with the service thus far. Would recommend.

Called up to arrange a viewing was interrogated for 10 minutes with a load of personal questions when I hadn't even seen the flat. Finally put the phone and the guy comes to the viewing. Both flats that he said are available had people living in them for a month. They are advertising them as available for no reason, wasted my time and energy and now know all my own and my husband's income details for no reason. Would not recommend even calling them up as their ads are places which are let already.

AVOID!!!!
The initial experience with our letting agent was good, the agents was very helpful however once taken the flat and moving on to property management in the head office it all changed. The experience I had with this company was beyond a joke, rude, unhelpful and actually suggested after trying to get my deposit back after 3 WEEKS of asking, (they wouldn't even tell me what they needed to deduct and I would have been happy to pay the deductions just to get on with my life, if they actually bothered to get back to me) to go through the deposit scheme!!! Every time I called the manager there were conveniently not there, EVERYTIME!!!! The girl on reception in the management office also don't seem to be able to quite understand what I was saying nor me her, as she can barely speak English, and kept putting me on hold when I was talking. At the time the manager in head office had changed hands to Gemma Fiander who has subsequently left (hopefully fired) the rudest woman on earth!
I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORST AGENT EVER!!!!!
