Having tried to sell our property unsuccessfully with another Earlsfield estate agent, it was refreshing when Joe came to value the property to hear his take on how it should be marketed enabling us to get the best deal possible. Within days Will and Sophie had come round to take a look also so they had detailed knowledge when talking to any interested parties. The sale went through with a few hiccups along the way but we were impressed by Joe's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that solicitors were chased and information was provided in a timely manner. A lesser estate agent would have baulked at the work involved to get the deal over the line! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Will James was the perfect estate agent for us. Extremely professional, organised and helpful at every step of the way. We thoroughly enjoyed all our dealings with him and felt in very safe hands. He was always equipped with full details and background information about all the properties he took us to view, so no time was ever wasted, and he always got back to us really promptly whenever we called. His colleague Joe Schifano was also extremely helpful and friendly and together they made the whole process enjoyable and easy for us, the buyer. Highly recommended.

I would strongly recommend avoiding letting from Jacksons. Throughout my tenancy communication on their part was extremely, needing several reminder emails and calls to get any meaningful response on issues. We were left without a dishwasher for several weeks, after a Property Manager failed to respond to emails. The same Property Manager then took multiple emails and phone calls to act on a severe structural mold problem, and never responded to our requests for advice on whether the mold had an adverse effect on our health. The tenancy has now ended, and it has been over three weeks and two reminder emails since asking for further information about deductions to our deposit.
