Jacksons' sales manager, Philip Agius, spoke sense from the moment we met and when he suggested pitching the price of our house competitively - with three other properties down our road already on the market - it made sense. The whole sales team at Jacksons in Clapham worked extremely hard to market and show our property to prospective buyers in a tentative market. They demonstrated great perseverence when one buyer pulled out and at no point showed signs of losing momentum with the process. They were always pleasant, enthusiastic and straightforward to deal with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought and sold through Jacksons and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are realistic in their valuations and Phil and his team really go all out to ensure a fabulous service whether you are buying or selling. Their customer relationship speaks volumes when we got asking price offer before it even went live, because Phil knows his customer base so well. They also do a lot in the local community which also puts them head and shoulders over any competitors.

Jacksons Streatham branch got us an offer within a couple of weeks of our flat going on the market, which was fantastic given we had the flat on with two other agents for most of 2017 and didn't receive one offer. They priced the property appropriately, sought out the right kind of buyer, and received a swift offer within a reasonable price bracket.
