Excellent service and advice. I needed advice on what brushes I needed and spoke to such a helpful person. My order was given Friday afternoon and the items were received the following morning....brilliant . (I wish other Companies followed this example). Will always use Jacksons as first call for art materials

Good experience with lettings team but was disappointed with sales team in selling our flat. For example, communication was poor - felt we were continually having to chase things up as emails went unanswered.

Rang up to view a flat in London and booked in the next day with Jordan. He was really attentive, listening to what kinds of places I was after so even took me to view another couple of flats in the area too! I haven't yet signed for a flat with Jacksons however, I wanted to write an extremely positive review for Tristan. I've had a couple of viewings with him now and hands down he's the most welcoming, informative and friendly agent I've met in the area.
Would definitely recommend Jacksons and specifically Tristan if you're looking for a new place!
