    Just sold my flat through Jacksons and am very happy to recommend them. They were friendly and helpful at all times, with good knowledge of the market and the Abbeville Village area.

    Phill and William have been nothing short of fantastic. From listing the flat to finding a buyer and finally completing the sale they were genuine professionals through the entire process. Initially, my wife and I listed the flat with an on-line estate agent because of the significant price difference but having gone through the process of selling a property there's a significant gap in the level of service.

    I would like to highly recommend the team at Jacksons Abbeville Road. They were very professional, efficient and effective throughout the whole process. Their proactivity and responsiveness was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to use them again for selling a property.

    If it were possible to give a minus score here I would! These guys are quite possibly the WORST property management company I have ever come across. Lazy, inefficient, rude, ignorant, I could go on. They do not have any regard for the tenant, only themselves and how they can make a quick buck. It has taken almost 3 weeks to receive my deposit monies back, and no apology has been given whatsoever. If you can avoid using this company please, please do so or you may regret it!

    Rented off Jacksons for over a year. Loads of fees to start with and they tried to shaft us for £650 of our deposit at the end. After months of going through the deposit dispute service we got back 98% of our deposit back which tells you a lot about how disingenuous their claims were.

    Terrible, inefficient and unprofessional service. We have recently rented a house via Jacksons and paid £540 in fees. Having rented multiple times in London they really stood out as being awful and one of the most expensive. I would not rent a house via them in the future.
