I received great service from Phil and Jacksons (Abbeville Road). The approach throughout was confident but always realistic and the extent of their professionalism stood out right from the start. No-one can make selling a home easy but Phil comes pretty close. He was always straight with me and all his guidance proved correct, plus I never felt he was anything other than fully supportive throughout the decision-making process. I know I am financially better off at the end of this sale because of the work put in by Phil and his team, much of which was behind the scenes so I sometimes only became aware of all their efforts through my solicitor. Jacksons demonstrated a level of local knowledge and experience which was invaluable to me and yet the professional fee was extremely competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jacksons on Abbeville were incredibly swift and professional with the sale of our house on Hambalt road. Where other agents had said our price was over ambitious in the post Brexit and high stamp duty era, they managed to achieve asking price with the exchange and completion terms we wanted. They went over and above what I would expect any agent to do and would subsequently recommend them to everyone.

I would strongly recommend avoiding letting from Jacksons. Throughout my tenancy communication on their part was extremely, needing several reminder emails and calls to get any meaningful response on issues. We were left without a dishwasher for several weeks, after a Property Manager failed to respond to emails. The same Property Manager then took multiple emails and phone calls to act on a severe structural mold problem, and never responded to our requests for advice on whether the mold had an adverse effect on our health. The tenancy has now ended, and it has been over three weeks and two reminder emails since asking for further information about deductions to our deposit.

I've worked with Jacksons both a Landlord and as a Seller and can't recommend them highly enough. Both the lettings and sales teams are extremely pro-active and nothing is ever a problem for them - they are always happy to help and have consistently exceeeded my expectations. On the lettings side Kelly and Tom are very attentive and responsive and you know your property is in good hands. On the sales side Dan, Tash and David were always a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed at every stage of the process and maintaining the momentum of the sale.
