Had great experience recently in my rental search, in particular with Natasha, showed multiple properties and was always helpful guiding us through the process and helped get the flat we wanted! Was always happy to answer calls even for minor things and even spotted a minor change needed to contract that we didn’t even notice so much appreciated there. Was also nice as Natasha had showed us the property we moved into a year ago as well so was nice to see her again to show us round as we could trust her and she even vividly remembered the property from over a year ago which I found very impressive.
