We have been trying to get hold of Jenny for the last 3 months and no reply and letters are being returned, she has disappeared with hefty deposit and 3 months upfront for the tenant.

The owner of the property we were renting never received notice that his property had been rented and never received any rent from Jenny although we had paid a hefty deposit and 3 months upfront. it was impossible for either him or us to get hold of her. he has changed agents. Very curious as Jenny had been helpful when we first took on the tenancy and then disappeared.

I have been trying to call and email them for the past four months regarding my deposit, but they have not been picking up my calls or responding to my emails. I have moved out of their property 5 months ago and I still have not received my deposit back.

Great customer service! Regardless of what the other reviews say Jenny has been a huge help. I asked several agents to value my home and she was the only one that talked sense. She was honest with the valuation and walked through the selling process step by step. Big thank you Jenny and the JD Property team.

Worst service ever. Never replied to phone calls or emails. I lost flat keys in July. Its October already and I still dont have copy of them

Horrible service...I attempted to call them multiple times during their working hours,we could not reach them at all and would get a response every 5 or 6 days by email.
They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to giving it back it seemed like they deliberately delayed the process.
Would not recommend at all using this agency,especially because of the unprofessional service Jenny has provided.
Never even got a chance to speak to any of the other letting agents.
Really disappointing.

We have called them several times during their working hours however noone answered the phone and also left them voicemails and again no answer or email. This is over several days and so I don't recommend this place to anyone
