I used Lextons to sell my home. I was really appreciative of their professionalism. I particulary liked that every member of staff who was to show the property, came to visit it first. This meant that they understood the various aspects of the property and were better able to inform prospective buyers.

Lextons was the agent representing the vendors from which we've purchased our current home. Despite Lextons representing the Vendors our interactions with Josh and Tara were always met with professionalism and fairness. They both persevered throughout the process to ensure a positive outcome for their clients and ourselves as the buyers. Can only give 5* to the WONDERFUL Tara Fermer. We had a bit of a rollercoster with the purchase of our house (the usual, misscommunication, illness, holiday, Christmas period) and we were nowhere near where we thought we were. Tara, who had only been in the business for a week at the time we met her, scooped everything up, and chased weekly for us. She was always happy to speak to us, responded when she said she would, and had our best interests at the forefront. Its so stressful buying a house and having someone like Tara puts your mind at ease!

Claudia (Lexton's Hove) is the best! In the last year and a half I have sold one property and purchased two with Lextons. In all cases, Claudia has managed the process in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. Her communication has been excellent and she has been wonderfully supportive through some very stressful and emotional situations. Specifically, she spent time building relationships with all parties which resulted in achieving difficult timescales to sell and buy on the same day.
Most recently, Claudia has helped me buy my new home in just over two months. We can't wait to move in next week!
