Unfortunately Its limited to only 1 star.... Time pass and you see the poor build quality and the Persimmon support and teams who are lifeless and don’t care about the well being of the community they have created even though poorly. You, who are reading this. Don’t make mistake to buy a new build house from the worst house builder in UK in a community where the majority are brainless humans!... Read more

Very good sales team here, offer lots of help and advice through the buying process. Nice choice of styles of homes and affordable prices. Fair quality homes with good aftersales. Only downside we've experienced are some of the sub contractors that are used for the snagging work. But this is no reflection on persimmon personally. Would buy from persimmon again.... Read more
