Me and my sister contacted W H Brown for a valuation on our property as we are looking to sell. We had booked with Robin who I must say was a very pleasant man , he was very proffesional ,polite, friendly and was enthusiastic. He gave a very good price on the valuation on our property. He asked us if we had any question at the end and any we had he answered and this displayed he was very knowledgeable, anything he wasn't sure of he advised will find out for us.
As soon as he left he had sent over the valuation documents within 2 hours.
I would highly recommend using this estate agents and having robin come and view your property and help with all questions , we was very pleased with him and his services.

I recently purchased a house at Phoenix Close through Fletton Branch, and I feel compelled to share my shocking experience to caution others.
Upon viewing the property in July, everything seemed fine. However, upon receiving the keys yesterday, I was appalled to find no gas or electricity supply, all light bulbs removed, and a broken fridge and dishwasher. It appears that the property, which was managed by Fletton Branch, was not adequately maintained after the previous tenant left.
The fact that the erstwhile landlord did not live on the property raises questions about Fletton Branch's oversight. It seems they neglected to address these issues when the previous tenant vacated, and I suspect they may have collected the deposit without addressing these concerns.
Despite my attempts to arrange a viewing through their solicitor, Fletton Branch was uncooperative. They only suggested a viewing one day before the exchange, making it practically impossible.
For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend AVOIDING Fletton Branch for any property transactions. My experience raises serious doubts about their professionalism and concern for their clients.
Take this warning seriously, and save yourself from potential headaches and frustrations.

I had the pleasure in meeting Mr Martin Hallett ( Branch Manager) at William H Brown in Peterborough. I had a commercial property too sell and Martin took the responsibility in marketing and selling the property. He conducted all viewings and whenever required, would get all tasks done as at times it was difficult for me to be in city as I live in York. Very honest, transparent and was not afraid to advise me even if I did not agree with certain aspects, his experience shone though and he was generally right all along. Highly recommended and an established professional agent to sell your property!

made an offer n vendors accepted my offer.
I range William H Brown nspoke to lady called Sandra. Told her about offer n we all agreed n happy.
I suggested that I can put deposit on house n take off the market.
Sandra said.dont worry house is yours. But.if anyone came with another offering will be confirmed..
I drove back to London n put my house in market for sell. After 8days I had an offer on my house.. so last Tuesday 21st I thought I will ring Sandra at William H Brown n share good news. I was told Sandra is busy on phone but she will call you later.on Wednesday I also called n left message same on Thursday. Didn't receive any call from Sandra. So on Thursday night I send Sandra email on Friday waiting for call from Sandra. NOTHING happened. So I decided to call brunch manager Nicola Robert. The second I told who im n whats going on about hous? She straightaway told me house been sold!!!! I felt like someone stabbed me from behind n very upset. I told her.impossible..
Nicola said someone else came with cash n made higher offer..I told her.but Sandra told me if there is any offer she will inform me as we agreed..
She apologised n told me Sandra should've informed me.
Obviously Sandra is 2 faces liar n you brunch manager Nicole Robert are irresponsible .you have GAZUMPED me. I would never trust you n if who ever own William H Brown would not employ people like you Sandra n brunch manager Nicola.
My advice to anyone who would deal with William H Brown. Be careful .
I have reported this incident to rightmove n ombudsman. Plus my solicitor.

This agency has taken advantage of my low level English parents. My patents were misled to buy a property in 2016 which was full of problems and didn't made my parents aware of any issues. In 2019 my parents put the house for sale and no one would buy it because all hidden problems magically came to light (eg house building structure, parking outside the property, etc). When they finally found a buyer after several months after first ad, they did not support my parents find a property to rent.
If you can pick any other agency, please do. William H B will not protect your best interests and they might omit info from you if that is their best interest.
Please use City & County instead. My parents rented with them for 5+ years with never having any issues.

Made an appointment be for 2nd lockdown to view a house for sale (it has tenants at moment) . We arrived to find they were unaware of our visit. Luckily they were quite happy to show us round. No-one from WHB rang us for feedback. After allowing a few days, and as we really liked the house, we rang the office, only to be told it was the tenants fault, (yet both were unaware).

Do not use them. Paid everything on time. When I moved. The agency tried to make claims for things that were already broken. Do not trust this company. If you let with them take photos of every little broken thing. Otherwise they will try to claim as damage. Be aware!! Not honest company!
