We had a viewing at a house, they were 10 mins late until we rang to find out if someone was coming to show us round, they said they'd ring back to confirm if someone was delayed, and then another 10 mins later no response, and rang back again to find out if someone was going to come at all, still waited another 10 mins for any response, then decided to go home, what a waste of time. People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.

Gace us the wrong house address.
Didn't even arrive for our booked viewing *which had been confirmed over the phone and email*.
When we called to chase it up, they said that the viewing hadn't actually been confirmed by the home owner and the estate agent who booked it was on holiday!
We traveled quite far for that viewing so we're very dissapointed.

Had a viewing booked for a specific date and time which was confirmed via email by Matthew. When we arrived we soon realised Matthew had given us the wrong address. We called the office for directions and were told Matthew was actually on holiday and nobody had confirmed the viewing with the house owner. We were told to just knock on the door and ask the owner if we could look around (without an estate agent?!), this made us feel very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed as the photos of the house exterior were deceiving and drove 45 minutes to view the house which was a complete waste of time.

Probably the best in Peterborough, and I should know that, as I have tried with a few other agencies in the past. If they say they will move things, they won't just say it, it actually gets done. Their response time is also very prompt. My only regret is that I didn't went with them from the beginning. Thank you Phill and Matt.

Steer clear.
Truly awful experience with false promises, tactics (offering £1000 off to accept the offer and going back on it once it has been accepted), hiding information from us regarding their clients getting a mortgage offer so that they can get a better rate, biased towards one party and no professional service from Phil or Matt other than passive aggressive emails.
The 5 star review from the buyer and one star review from us the sellers clearly proves my point of how indifferently two parties were treated by the same company, despite us paying their commission!
Furthermore, the buyers cheap tactics of not providing a completion date to get a better mortgage rate at our expense and then saying they will be homeless if we pull out didn't help the matter at all.
This sale would not have happened if it wasn't for our constant chasing and HS Lawyers' efficiency.
What an absolute mess.

Awful experience, witheld informartion which costed us additional money in rent. No customer service, they obviously will be super sweet trying to get you to sign up. Even offered commission off if we accepted the offer “by a certain date” then went back to tell us that they cant do the full amount offered. But steer clear.

We recently worked with Next Move to purchase a property they were selling on their clients behalf.
They were professional and focused on completing the purchase throughout the process, despite their clients antics (empty threats to pull the deal) and unrealistic expectations. I would go as far to say the purchase would have collapsed if it weren't for Next Move mediating at key moments. The seller should be extremely appreciative of Next Move's efforts (the sale was completed within 9 weeks), though from the recent 1 star review they are clearly unaware of the lengths Next Move went to on their behalf.
Matt and Philip were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely use Next Move for any future property sales.

After 18months of selling my flat on Purplebricks, followed by 7months of solicitors, 3 days before we were scheduled to complete the buyer pulled out.
Matt was handling our purchase at the time and when it fell through he arranged for us to re-list our property with them and negotiated a an arrangement so that we didn't lose the house we wanted. He then arranged 15 or so showings in the first few weeks, and we accepted an offer after 4weeks.
All the way through, Matt and the Next Move team worked exceptionally hard to make sure our situation didn't happen again and that everything moved as quickly as possible, chasing solicitors for updates all the while.
Yesterday, we completed our sale and purchase and we are very grateful to the team! We got our house!!!!

My mortgage application was taking long to completion but with the help of (Next Move) follow-ups and constant update from the buyer solicitors and the sellers solicitors they were able to make the impossible possible within a reasonable period of time. They always had their next move ready to take action. I will highly recommend all to use Next Move when it comes to mortgage application.

We sold our Mum's property through Next Move, before moving her to a care home. Zain was tremendously helpful throughout the process, always communicating and making sure things were moving with solicitors when needed, as it could have dragged on.
