They was very easy to deal with, with good communication and great professionalism. The valuation process was very honest and accurate of the current house prices. James is very knowledgeable and passionate about the area which helped our buyers make their choice.
They are an independent local agents which ensures you get a more personable service. Jane managed the sale , liaising with solicitors on both sides and keeping us updated at all times.

I would highly reccomend using Regal Park. I used them to purchase my first property recently and Jane was fantastic, her level of service and enthusiasm was abundant, which made the process stress free and as smooth as possible. I also used David, their mortgage broker who was enthusiastic, professional, and kept going until he found a suitable mortgage for me. The ONLY gripe I have is with the solicitors they recommended, Taylor Rose, who quoted one price, did not tell me about additional charges, and then proceeded to overcharge me when it came time to complete, leaving me no option but to pay; I believe the price was around 70% more than initial quote. I would 100% use Regal park, but I would choose a different solicitors for the conveyancing.

Selling a property is typically a challenging experience, especially when one doesn’t reside in that house, living many miles away. The staff at Regal Park managed the process for us with a high degree of care and professionalism. No doubt they have many other clients, but we always felt we received their full consideration throughout, via email and telephone, including a time when we were based in a country seven hours ahead of the UK. It was most reassuring when the staff of Regal Park progressed matters towards the actual sale. This included arranging for a house clearance; meeting the prospective buyers more than once; hiring a company for electrical work; and visiting the house to take meter readings in our absence. Lastly, communication with this organisation was efficient and always personable and helpful. Hence, a five star rating is fully deserved.

As a black person I do not recommend renting with this agency as I went to view a house and as soon as the man saw me coming his face changed straight away , I was asking him questions about the property and he was giving me blunt answers and not really looking at my face while answering. My advice for all people that are black and planning to rent do not bother coming to this agency as they are racist.
They will lie saying that the landlord chose another tenant and it was random, but in reality they are the ones choosing who they really want in the property, really disappointing. I hope to never feel this type of experience again as it was horrible

I have had a great experience from beginning to the end of the process of selling my property with Regal Park. There was no doubt in my mind I wanted to use them to sell my property after I purchased the property through them 3 years earlier. James was able to come out quickly and value my property. We had multiple viewings within 24 hours of it being on the market… and it actually initially sold within 3 days. Unfortunately due to the vast change in mortgage rates at the end of last year our original sale fell through however Jane supported us through the whole process and they then re sold the property again within 2 weeks. Jane managed my sale from beginning to end and I feel so lucky to have her as my agent. She responds to all calls and emails quickly, even outside of normal working hours. She is always on the ball and has made sure everything has run so smoothly the whole way along. I can speak as both a buyer and a seller using Regal Park and they are honestly second to none. I recently sold a rental property through Regal Park, who were recommended by my letting agent. My key aim was to ensure that my tenants at the time were not inconvenienced or disrupted. James and Jane worked very closely with my letting agent, Brookdale to arrange access during the sale process. They also assured my tenants during the initial valuation so that they did not panic. Viewings were organised on single day within a certain timeslot, minimising disruption to my tenants. Selling a property is never easy but they liaised closely with solicitors from both sides and the new owner - helping to carve a frictionless path through to completion. Nothing has been to much trouble for Regal Park. They helped me out in so many ways, above and beyond what I would have expected. It is clear to me that Regal Park have restored my faith in the property market. Jane and James are professional and very authentic. Their key aim is to ensure the seller/buyer has the best experience. Communication was excellent and their approach to keeping things simple really helped when accepting offers. They gave me updates at every stage, the communication was great proving that there is room for good honest business in this day and age as some agents have their own agenda`s. Do not go to them, James`s team are truly the best and they set the benchmark for all others to follow. This is the second time we've used Regal Park and in both cases it has been a very positive experience. The houses sold quickly and despite a number of challenges with solicitors dragging their heels and vendors being awkward, Regal Park did everything possible to maintain the momentum. Jane's pushing and cajoling the various parties (in the nicest possible way) ensured that we got over the line much more quickly than would otherwise have been the case. With the global pandemic they took the additional safety precautions seriously making sure all viewings were held with the appropriate equipment/ precautions in place. Even after we had accepted our offer they remained engaged and offered great service chasing the completion along. A special mention to Jane who was fantastic throughout. James, Jane and David were fantastic to deal with and put us at ease every time we needed their help. Everything was smooth and transparent. All our questions were answered quickly and everything explained clearly. We were assisted very professionally from the start to the end, and even after that!
They all did the extra mile to help both us and the seller.
With their help, our dream came true!

We were looking at a property with Regal Park and due to unforeseen circumstances we were required to put in a much lower offer than first anticipated. The agent said it wasn't even worth putting in the offer and advised that we "didn't want to make the vendor angry". After essentially making us speak to their mortgage broker who could not come up with any better options anyway, we still wanted to put in the offer on the off-chance it was accepted. We are intelligent enough ourselves to know that the liklihood was that the offer would be declined but we were also told this by the agent from the outset and continued to be reminded of this repeatedly until the vendor eventually came back a week later. I wouldn't say there is anything regal about their service.

After having a terrible time using an online variant of an estate Agent we turned to the very helpful team at Regal Park, oh we wish we had done this 8 months earlier … from day 1 they were great we had the initial discussions with James , no pressure was given no hard sale, just some pure facts as to why he thought we were having difficulty with the online seller and what Regal could do to assist us.
James went through how he would approach sellers from areas further south that are looking at Peterborough as a commuter town for London, these buyers don’t tend to know the area and can miss houses when using Rightmove to solely search for properties, within 12 hours we had numerous bookings and these were handled by James and the team without any issues, no cancelled viewings no late shows.
We then received very fast feedback and this feedback was both in depth, factual and to the point, 2nd viewings were handled very quickly and I believe that the buyers were getting a great service from Regal as well, which really helps, recent feedback I had had using the online variant was concerning us.
The team handled all negotiations with the buyers and nothing was too much trouble, we were always kept up to date via email or via phone in every situation, All I had to do was drop Melanie an email and I knew she would get back to me ASAP, I don’t think through the whole process I had to re-chase her regarding a single query (This was a very refreshing change from the frustrations we had with the online sellers)
Yes there are cheaper options out there but what you are buying is the experience, a local team who know the area (in fact Lives round the corner in our case) and the real difference is , They Care ! they want to sell your property they want to help and therefore they get results.
My advice is ditch the online only agents and come visit an Agent who can sell your property in a fast and friendly way !!

We sold out house through another agent who were also fabulous, but we found the buying process with Regal Park to be so much easier than the other agents in Peterborough.
We were told by two other agents that we could not view houses until they had seen bank statements to prove we could afford the houses we were asking to view, yet our friends who bought a house for the same price were not.
However, we viewed one house, which we loved, with Regal Park (seeing bank statements was never mentioned) and we offered as soon as we left and heard back that it was accepted within 20 minutes. We had completed and moved 9 weeks later.
Regal Park were efficient, not pushy at all and helpful during the process, sending out any information they had on how things were progressing and organising another visit for measurements etc. They were also honest about the property and the people selling, which other agents were not.

We sold and bought with Regal Park.
Having dealt with one other local estate agent in Hampton which I can only describe as up front sales without any consideration for selling once you've signed the exclusivity contract; Regal Park were a breath of fresh air. James Trigg came to visit for the valuation and used the words truth , honesty and fair which is the manner in which he wants to and does run his business. I did not feel the 'sales' pressure aspect as I had with other agents, just someone who understood what moving house means. He took the details and measured in the same visit, the photo's were professional and fast, (I have seen many others which quite frankly are terrible). 2 days after James visited we were on all the major websites with a floor plan, good write up and Photos. The next phase were visits from buyers with Jane handling the viewings and price negotiations. Once the offer was accepted, Claudio called all solicitors and the chain almost daily, even the solicitors admitted that Claudio would know and have called us probably before they did - which was true. This is very different from other estate agents, comments from my friends in Hampton is that the estate agents never call you back and you do all the work yourselves.
I've told James, you don't need a business strategy, keep being honest and straight with people and you'll blow away the competition.
All I can say is, if you want to actually sell your house, go with Regal Park, 5 stars.

Working with Regal Park was a breath of fresh air. Estate Agents have generally got a bad rep and often for good reason, as we found whilst recently selling our home and purchasing a new property. James and Claudio, on the other hand, alleviated much of the stress and made the process far easier than it could have been, whilst representing value for money. They never gave "the hard sell" and were consultative and collaborative rather than pushy or inflexible. Regal Park isn't like other estate agents that we've come across before, in that they genuinely care about their customers and getting the right results for them. We sold our house within a week of it being on the market. James approach at valuation was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and James photographed my home in such a wonderful light that I wanted to buy it all over again. They secured the right buyer for us as they weren't in a rush to move and we hadn't yet found a property. It took us quite a while to find the right property and James and his wonderful team kept our buyer informed and happy. Jane and Tracy in the office again are true professionals, they always kept us informed of what was going on and when things got a little difficult for us, Tracy wasted no time in chasing things further up the chain - something she didn't have to do. They were all a pleasure to work with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others - don't even bother with anyone else! I actually miss talking to them! Firstly as prospective buyers they weren't usual pushy estate agents. They were helpful and asked our opinion on the properties we saw but never bombarded us with other possible choices like half the other estate agents in Peterborough.
Then secondly they worked tirelessly to help get the purchase and our sale go through communicating at all levels of the chain and talking with other agents, solicitors and the clients.
Tracy spent a lot of her time phoning and chasing different things that were missing and kept me informed about the process at all times, and when she wasn't available Jane picked up the job without any question.

Within a day we had our first viewing arranged by Jane Whitaker the sales negotiator and within 9 days, Jane had helped us to agree a deal very close to asking price. Tracy Thorndike the Sales chase took over and worked tirelessly to help us through to exchange.
