This so called Property Agency run by Neil Burton is to be avoided! Whilst supposedly ‘looking after’ a jointly owned property he started to skip Rent payments to every other month and then every 3 months! Plus Rental Statements became sporadic and then non existent. Mr Burton has refused to respond to any emails or requests for information required by law and has left us bewildered as to how a company can run in such a shoddy way?! Unfortunately, the Co-Owner of this particular property had also taken his eye of the ball and matters had gone unchecked for far too long. Needless to say their ‘services’ have now been terminated! To be quite frank Jennings & Kent do not even warrant ‘One Star’! :(... Read more

Hardly response to email or text. Called many times and only empty promises given. I think the only person working in this company is Amanda. The owner has no heart in running the business. Good luck.... Read more

Extremely dissatisfied. I have paid them £120 for valuation of my commercial property but never get valuation report. Director Neil Burton is ignoring my phone calls. They are total time waster and money scammer.... Read more
