Shocking!!! You make an offer at full asking price for a property, on the agreement the property is no longer marketed. They agree and accept your offer then they continue to market property behind your back. Whilst telling you nothing is happening when you see it marketed in the background. They let us instruct solicitors and incur costs. Then suddenly have another buyer. Truly Unprofessional, unethical, they ring and lie to you, steer well clear, it’s a pity you can’t give them no stars.... Read more

The man comes to value the house with dirty shoes and not vearin mask. Entering the kids room with shoes not respectable people at all. No mask and we have old people leaving with us. No recommend them at all. Really sad with this agent specifically with the old man who value the houses.... Read more

Shocking company. Poor communication as waiting today for half a hour for no-one to turn up then I called and they said it's sold pending sale! I have had to travel for over 30 minutes and I could have being working. A email and them phoning me and leaving a voicemail to say they have cancelled the veiwing would have been sufficient. Shocking will never use them again. More lies with the reply no voicemail was left saying that the veiwing had been cancelled a simple email or them phoning to say we havent heard from you would have been sufficent. yes that is my mobile you have got but no voicemail was left. any action is better than a lowsy apoligy! go on johnsons keep lying to your customers!!... We chose Johnsons estate Agents who are an independent well established local estate agent - this turned out to be a wise choice as there was a good level of regular communication throughout the process, particularly by Val who was our "one stop shop".
