She took her time and explain indepth.
I would recommend this management company.
They answer the phone quickly and put you through the correct dept straight away.

FW Lettings Block Management (part of John Whiteman & Co) are happy to take their management fee and when you need their help they avoid calls and shirk their responsibility. I would avoid this company at all costs. Try JW Meek instead, honest, reliable and takes action.

The biggest bunch of cowboys ever going.
They are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to refunds they take there time and say its been done when. It hasn't. Staff are rude and not helpful at all. We had issues and they were taking long to deal with it so thats why we came out of contract early. They dont care about you at all only the money coming in. Would never use them again and definitely get would not recommend them to friends or family. They are the worst estate agent going and have no people skills. They recommend you get a cleaner when you leave and then they charge you for it to be cleaned. Emails have been sent in the past with concerns and never got address. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Not very impressed at all. I felt that I was not kept informed of what was going on until I chased the chain, of which I had to do numerous times. I felt that very little of my requests were adhered to. I would not use again.

Estate agents are often classed the same as second hand car dealers. Not in this case. Was hard getting through the refence stage but thats understandable. Jamie made every stage easy and helpful. Did his utmost to get a deal done. Sarah did exactly what she said she was going to do. Outstanding! Would highly recommend them as they have a awesome team!. 10 out of 10. Thank you both so happy

Had a really great experience letting a flat through the Lettings team, in particular we had great help from Jamie who was always quick to answer any questions we had. The team were also really helpful when an issue with our move in date cropped up prior to us moving in. Would highly recommend, and thank you!
