He was proactive throughout the selling process. He arranged multiple house viewings leading to a quick sale and finding a right buyer. I was impressed by his professional approach, time keeping and clear communication. He promptly answered calls and messages, keeping us informed about every development. He is the agent I did recommend to our family friend, too. Their corporation also resulted in a successful sale of the property.

12th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)First viewing booked with them after some back and forth, the original agreed time is changed the day before without our approval. Nevertheless we drive 30 minutes, get to the property, wake up our sleeping toddler and run to the door in the torrential rain just to be told by the owner that he is not home and the estate agent is not answering their phone. Try to call from our side too and again no answer. So after 10/15 minutes waiting in the rain, we are back in our car for another half an hour drive for absolute no reason. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never again.
14th Nov 2024 (21 days ago)During our sale, we received a first class service from James estate agents. The team were very professional and very patient during an unexpected difficult health issue. It meant we had to stop our house sale and resume almost a year later. The team were patient and very kind throughout this time. Ultimately, they found ideal buyers and our sale progressed smoothly to completion. Highly recommended estate agents and very different to other local agents. Our solicitor was also impressed!

She was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful from the first viewing, through the process until we moved in. She went above and beyond in making sure the purchase went through on time when it became a bit complicated at the end. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you to Savills, and especially Beverley for all your help. Highly recommended.

7th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT! Imagine bushey were the estate agents I had to use to purchase my property. From the very beginning, things did not go to plan. I found Kelly (head of new homes at imagine Bushey) to be extremely difficult to work with. Recommending a horrible law firm (which I felt fourced to use, as when I explained that I would like to shop around, she became hostile, and did not want to work with anyone else, exclaiming to me that "in this industry you get what you pay for"). Unfortunately, I found her genuinely unhelpful, and I ended up speaking to Jamie at Imagine for all of my enquiries. Who unfortunately was as unprofessional as her, making numerous spelling mistakes forgetting to respond and again being generally unhelpful. I eventually did meet both of these people when I (eventually after over 6 months) exchanged on my property. They had very little to say, and they wanted me to just sign the documents. When I pointed out the issues with the property, most importantly, that it hadn't even been cleaned (there was thick dust and paint on all of the surfaces and piles of dirt in all of the corners). Again, they had nothing to say, other then please sign here, and we had "the girls" clean the apartment before you arrived. After my purchase, there has been no after care, no contact at all. I would highly recommend against using imagine Bushey!
18th Nov 2024 (17 days ago)I'm actually a mortgage broker and was acting for the purchaser. I have to say that Romario was very responsive and proactive with anything I needed to help get the purchase over the line. The whole company is actually very diligent and they even contact you at weekends (which I don't mind) as it keeps things moving. I probably get more involved than your average broker as I like to monitor and help the legal teams out where possible. It's amazing how one part of the process, if overlooked, can hold up the entire sale / chain and Romario at Joseph Scotts, like myself, was happy to assist. I would certainly recommend this estate agent.
21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The worst service experience ever. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. THE LANDLORD BEING A ROGUE LANDLORD FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND BEING FINED. DONT KNOW HOW TENANTS ARE STAYING QUIET AT THIS PROPERTY.

Mirco was very kind to go extra mile and showed us the flat we were interested in for every time we've requested it. Also he helped us to complete the legal papers for the solicitors at the end of the process. Alina was very helpful to chase the seller 's solicitor and helped with the process.

Very professional as during our looking process some agents were nightmare to deal with, so we very appreciated her for being such a helpful agent. Would 100% recommend to use Fairfield. Also Tiffany was very nice and helpful too. Great agency.
31st Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)ABOSULUTELY BRILLIANT and thoroughly recommend to anyone in the St Albans area. I cannot thank Ian and Oliver enough for all their hardwork patience and kindness selling my house in St Albans. It took over a year due to the unique configuration of the house and I was very stressed and anxious throughout. The team at Carter Hayward went over and above anything I have ever experienced at any estate agents. I have bought and sold properties 8 times in the past and have never dealt with a more professional company of agents. Not only were they consummate professionals but also compassionate and caring, keeping me calm when things went wrong and offering solid, practical and sound advise. I cannot praise them highly enough and recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional and knowledgeable Estate Agents.

17th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)These people send out white envelope mail outs addressed to THE HOMEOWNER. AALL official and important looking. So you tear it open, worry in your heart and it's a "would you like a free valuation?" card. Last time, I called them and asked them to remove me from their marketing. They didn't. So I am returning it in person today. I won't use them, ever. TWO YEARS LATER.. THEY RESPOND TO SAY THEY WILL DEAL WITH IT PROMPTLY!!!!!! Now that's funny.
