Throughout the entire process, from initial contact for a probate valuation, marketing the property, managing viewings through to a successful completion, each and everyone we interacted with at S&G was efficient, professional, pro-active and a pleasure to deal with. The use of online tools for efficiency combined with human interaction was much appreciated.

I did feel their commission percentage was much higher than competitors however they negotiated this to suit all parties but feel this would be uncomfortable for someone who is unconfident or nervous

Her advice is consistently honest, thoughtful, and clearly based on deep experience . What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares . Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, and dedicated. I wish her success in her career.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
