Selling my late fathers apartment was far from a straightforward process. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving.
