What I have really appreciated when dealing with Karlene, it is that she was able to provide a fair view on the situation, which is something invaluable to me.
That’s what an agent should do: being unbiased and act as a reliable liaison between the buyer and the vendor.
Her knowledge of the housing market and her kindness are fantastic.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave an immense amount of advice on the valuation and kept us up to date throughout the process. Guided us through all of the paperwork and used a very comprehensive tenancy agreement. Would highly recommend.

The team at KP Living were professional, friendly and by far the best agent I have used to date. They found me a suitable tenant quickly, took care of all the paperwork and were happy to advise me on current legislation etc. I will definitely be using them to rent out my other property when up for renewal.

KP Living Estate agency in Islington are fantastic and I would heartily recommend them.
As a landlord it is important to work with good professional people who are curtious, efficient and think out of the box for solutions. Karlene and team did that for me renting out 2 flats with excellent tenants very quickly and helpfully at market rents. Turnaround time was amazing.
Karlene was on top of everything, references building certificates, banking details, had a great team of suppliers covering gas certificates, inventory statement, and the lease was done electronically etc.
All that with a lovely smile. Honestly what more could you ask for.
Thank you KP Living, Karlene and team. Appreciated
