The easiest agents I've ever worked with. Andre was absolutely clear with me about the property throughout and kept me updated on the status of the offer - and importantly for me was very understanding that I was uncontactable during the crucial period following have made the offer and it being accepted in principle by the landlord. Both Andre and Carla were very responsive to my queries (and where they couldn't respond immediately, consistently kept me updated on the status of items) and got all of the paperwork through in an impressively short length of time (eg, submitted reference materials after midnight, all cleared before 9.30am) - never have I had a rental process this painless.

Touch wood the move-in goes as well - but hoping Andre and Carla can also take charge on that!

KFH were excellent helping me find a place to rent. I viewed a property right before the Christmas holidays, and the team were able to make sure all the paperwork was in place before the new year. Sam in particular was great, very responsive to all my questions and on top of the process. Unlike other agents, KFH know their properties well and don't make you feel under pressure when considering your options.

We were very lucky to have Sam as our agent. We've been looking for a flat for over a month, so we have had a number of agencies and agents trying to help us but Sam was absolute best. It took one day from viewing the property to paying the deposit. Her engagement, diligence and scrupulousness are truly admirable and if I'm ever going to look for a home again, I'll definitely know who to contact!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing an apartment for my son at the end of 2019.

I contacted the KFH office in Canada water after being recommended to speak with Lewis after he helped to find a property for my good friend from Singapore.

Lewis made everything clear and got us to exchange of contracts within 3 days and recommended a fabulous solicitor who worked around the clock as we needed to move in by the beginning of 2020
