If i could give no star to this company- I would. K2K properties was managing a few of my properties for 10 years. She was unprofessional and unethical in the service she provided us- was working more for the tenants more than us as landlords. Gave our properties at rent for a significantly low price than the market average for years. Did not maintain our properties at all - despite constantly charging us for repair work. Used client deposits for last month rents so all expenses would have to be paid by us as landlords. When we gave her notice- she was uncooperative and left all our properties in dire conditions. My tenants have informed me that she exploited them by not getting jobs done. I would be very weary about giving any property to her for management and even more weary about letting a property out through her!... Read more

Dangerous !!! Came to our new house to threaten us with our 4 small kids ! My kids are scared to go to sleep now . We have been accused of owning money which we dont but Sophie and some guy came to our new house and start to threaten that " whos does wrong will be done wrong " When we said that we will call the police they just laughed and said yes call the police . We have no idea how they find out where we live now and when we asked them they said " we have eyes everywhere! We are very scared now they act like some gangsters!... Read more
