At first, it was a very disappointing customer service, but since resolved. I have updated my review from 2 star to 4 star. We enquired about a set of wheels which were on their website, granted not listed with a 'buy it now' option so we emailed to enquire. After discussing a cost with Seyaab we exchanged details for him to process the order- all business details, delivery address and lead time etc. We were advised that the wheels were currently fitted on a vehicle due to being a demo and the workshop needed to remove ready for sale. We received photos of current condition and everything was agreed. We then received a call the following day to be told that the price was incorrect and the wheels were in fact £3500 more than the first quote. How can a professional mainstream business get these factors so wrong? He had no empathy and we were told it was just a mistake internally. A manager then emailed to say virtually the same - an internal mistake. A wasted week of our time for an order that fell through. There had been many social media posts and content which actually lead us to the Kahn website so it has been a very disappointing experience and I left a 2 star review. Following this, I was later contacted by PR Manager Mo who has since tried to resolve this issue - we have finally purchased the wheels. They were delivered this week and they very nice!! Purchased a kit end of last year / start of this year - disappointing service from start to finish. Spoke with Rahail (owners son who was my main point of contact) prior to ordering my kit - after making an initial deposit - I was told they had priced the kit up wrong - something their website is still displaying the wrong/incorrect price for today and something I could've been a lot more difficult about. Delivery of my kit was delayed - added further by parts not being made to spec - meaning certain parts don't sit flushed suggesting they aren't fit / built to the right specification for my vehicle. I've raised this and had no response from Kahn - I believe the fitter who they recommended also has flagged this. Pictures vs actual items delivered also differed. Rims had Kahn branding on something the pictures didn't show or something I wasn't told about - had to pay more to remove this with no offer from Kahn to make good any of the mistakes and mis-sold items they provided. Lastly was told by Rahail he'd compensate by selling my previous rims - messed around for months on this and the sale never happened. Overall the after-care sales is disappointing and I feel lip services is provided simply to prevent refunds/take cash of customers. That said I don't believe they don't know what they are doing but think they've become complacent and arrogant after years in the game. Do your homework - research and doublecheck all aspects big or small before parting with your cash of anything you are purchasing. Rahail made a number of promises that frankly he just didn't keep - mistakes happen - the important thing is the customer feels the vendor is trying to make them good / things better - which wasn't the case here. I've given them months to try sort things out / follow up on their promises - all talk no action. UPDATE - 12/10/23 - I have updated my review from 2 stars to 3 - following the above review. Kahn PR team and their MD reached out to me to understand what had happened and tried to make things right. Unfortunately the kit has now been fitted and certain items are just to late in the day to rectify but they did try to compensate me for the inconvience accordingly so I think its only right to recognise that they did try to make good with me and Mo in particular from their PR team was very sincere and genuine that my experience isn't a typical customer experience and assured me that they would do everything they can to put things right.... Bought my Jeep from these guys 4 years ago. Had some issues eat first but the team were great and sorted it out quickly. Recently sold my Jeep and was extremely pleased to sell it for not much less than I paid for it all those years ago. Just goes to show you Kahn’s stuff holds it’s money. I was told When I purchased the Jeep I would it know where to go after it as there’s not nothing really like it and I have to agree that is correct. I do miss it but hopefully one day I’ll buy another from these guys.... Read more
