Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. I would give them negative stars if there was an option. I would like to warn any potential landlords or tenants to stay away from Let My Property agent led by the most unprofessional and rude agents. They claim to have a call centre which don’t exist, it’s really a call centre operated by a 3rd party who handles their calls when they don’t want to answer any phone calls. As far as agent is concerned he talks like he will put the world right but when it comes to delivering the result is zero. In his own words “ he can’t be spending too much time dealing with my issues as he has plenty of other better things to do”. I am a tenant in a property and they are the agents I had reported a problem to him regarding the location of the bins in November 2020 and now it’s 8th of April and still no solution. Well done let my property for not solving a customer issue in 5 months. Also the last time when I left a review on google about their non existent service, Their agent rang me and convinced me to remove the review and he will solve the problem as that hurts their reputation.... NEVER RENT FROM THIS ESTATE AGENTS !!! LANDLORD IS MORE BOTHERED WHAT THE OUTISDE LOOKS LIKE THAN THE STATE OF THE REPAIRS THAT NEED DOING INSIDE TOLD NEUMEROUS TIMES IT NEEDS SORTING NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!! We couldn't be more grateful with Biscayne Properties, specially with Stacy and Russell. Here it goes our review... We wanted to rent a 2 bedroom furbished flat, but we wanted one bedroom without a bed, so we could easily fix a desk. I called all letting agencies in Bradford (6 weeks before the move-in date) and Biscayne were the ONLY ONES to help us finding a flat with the conditions above. As soon as I contacted them, they were super professionals, respectful and kind. Russell sent us 3 videos of flats that suited our enquiries. He gave us some time to think about them and even got us a view with all precautions taking, considering COVID-19 (he let us go to the apartment, which was left open for us to check, so no contact was ever made). Russell kindly answered all of our questions (and we had a very few!!!) and made sure that we understood everything. Once we viewed the flat, we paid the reservation fee and started to email Stacy about general enquiries and a reference fee that OTHER letting agency asked us to pay. Stacy very kindly guided us and made sure that in order to pay to the other agency, we had the correct documentation. A week priorly our move in date, Stacy has made sure that we are happy about everything and has answered all of our enquiries very promptly. We have been making contact via e-mails, but they were surprisingly quick. The process has been smooth and good. Again, professionalism from this company is ASTONISHING. May I have this opportunity to give advice to people who is looking for a new flat in Bradford: please, please, PLEASE!!!! rent with Biscayne Properties. Customer services is awesome, even now that COVID 19 is making our lives very difficult. They have flats that are very beautiful and prices are normal for the areas they are in. Student living for 5 years all over Bradford, so I have experience with different property management around the city. But I can say that biscayne is one of the best, I only wish I used them sooner. They kept to promises and always delivered the best service possible, friendly staff and strong management. All letting services come with pitfalls but if you had to compare to others, biscayne outperformed them. Never had such a spacious clean modern appartment like the one I had with biscayne and for the price I was laughing to the bank, best locations especially if you are a student who plans to work part time. Very poor moved in with my baby the house was full of damp mould never fixed any issues. There was rotting floor boards, Leaking pipes. The boiler was burning us all the time.mould and damp in very single room. Mould growing on backs of new furniture. Biscyane/landlord Never kept promises to fix issues. And they except people to pay to live like that. A really rude member or staff who speaks to customers all the time like dirt on her shoe. Even the doctor and enviromental health got involved and told us to move due to affecting our health.I would never recommend these again the only reason I have a higher review is Because 1 member of the staff was very helpful siara. I will not be wasting anymore time with a landlord like this one not willing to repair issues caused by mold and damp the problems just get painted over and the next poor family will suffer with the issues in this house. But they want money from people and don't care about the health and wellbeing of families who move in. This review is a reply to your response below.
