Brought a brand new home from keepmoat. Found out they cut so many corners .... no isolation in the walls .... onsuite shower leaks making plaster board behind tiles damp ....
It's taken 6-7 for them to come rip the wall down and a further 4 weeks to even start repairing it .... customer care team have no idea and the after care service is very bad .... steer clear.... this is going in Derbyshire times

Moved into my house just over 2 years ago, the company are terrible to deal with and very pushy. Once you've moved in they do not like to help with snags and can be difficult to resolve things with. Haven't had many issues with the actual house though, building seems to be built quite well.

House styles are lovely but poorly built. No customer care after moving in and far too many serious issues experienced within the first year. Also, not built to plan and it was hard working getting everything fixed and we ended sorting most things ourselves.

Can't fit in the bath (I'm 5"7), been there 3 years and have cables hanging out if the front of my house still, no top soil left to do anything with the garden, just rubble and clay soil.
House can be lived in but some really bad features

The streets and roads are so narrow...cars are park on them, even though they have drives...houses are close to each other.
My daughter lives in one of these homes and has had loads of snags and a lot have not been resolved...damp...faulty radiator s...garage leaks...very poor houses and site...
