I have been extremely impressed by KFH throughout the entire process. Every person we have dealt with have been extremely professional and always happy to pick up the phone or respond straight away to an email. They recommended an excellent surveyor who called us before and after the survey to explain the steps and feedback on the property and a great solicitor who was again responsive and very efficient.
Finally, I would have to say a special thanks to Deana Watkins! She was absolutely incredible, responding to all of my queries within 30 minutes and always being happy to chase for any news at all. We have dealt with a few estate agents but Deana was by far the best! Thanks to the team for finding us our dream house and making it such a smooth process!

My father called this place looking for book a house viewing and was victim to racial profiling. When a customer come to look at a house, questions such as 'can you afford this house' come across as rude and disrespectful. Questions such as, is the houses you're looking for within this price range or where are you currently living could be used to tailor the house hunting experience I understand, but can you afford this house?! Ridiculous. My father is a GP and pays his taxes, so to be ask such a question I think is highly unprofessional. If it weren't for the busy schedule around during this time of the year I'm sure he would have been more inclined to make a complaint. I however am disappointed, especially living in Chislehurst for over 15 years now. Susan should be more respectful in the future.
