Had an 11am market appraisal appointment today. By 1pm nobody had turned up or contacted me. Attempted to call the office on numerous different telephone numbers but couldn’t get through. It’s now 1.30 pm and still no contact from them or an explanation. I won’t be using Frank Innes now and have got other estate agents to view my property. Hopefully they are more professional and will actually turn up!!

Called to ask of I could view a property and the lady on the phone said her computer had locked up and could she call me back in 20 mins. I said no problem and waited for her call. No call at all, my first contact with them and it doesn't impress me. Even if they still had problems, could they not give me a call to tell me the situation?

Nightmare experience with this office when trying to sell a house in Sutton. Told us we had a cash buyer. Only found out through solicitor that we were in a chain when on verge of exchanging contracts, leading to further three-month delay. Then they lost the keys to the house that I’d handed into their office. Claimed they’d never received them. Shocking.

In December 2023 I have purchased my first house. Kirsty Ford was wonderful to sort my mortgage, she was very helpful, professional and looking after you from start to finish. She works sometimes ‘crazy’ hours, late evenings just to make sure her customers are satisfied.

UPDATE. After posting this review yesterday a reply has been posted asking that my friend make contact herself directly. Don't see how this will help as she has made contact herself directly on numerous occasions and has been fobbed off and ignored. You've known about the problems for nearly a year, it's a bit late trying to act like your concerned now.
AVOID Disgraceful attitude to tenants. My friend has been waiting over a year for repairs to be done. Her house is full of damp and mould. She has a leak from her roof and now her heating isn't working. The temperature in her house is 13.9 in October and she can't sleep with being so cold.
She has contacted Frank Innes on numerous occasions and they couldn't care less. Should be ashamed of themselves letting people suffer like this.

The team at both the Sutton and Mansfield branches could not have been more lovely and helpful! We had some issues with renting which were outside of the estate agents control, and they did absolutely everything to help us and move us into a new home swiftly. Extra appreciation for Michelle Jarvis who did such an amazing job and always had a smile even in stressful circumstances. We are so grateful!

A big thank you to the team and more importantly Molly, who has been heavily involved with the selling of the property I am a tenant of.
Molly was highly professional & ethical, and was a real expert at the house viewings; She gave really succinct tours of the property almost like a rollercoaster, displaying a full palate of tools from comedy - and therefore making me & the viewers both feel at ease - to fantastic overall communication.
Clearly Molly had done her research and knew all the nooks & crannies of the property; she had a big array of answers to questions, knew the local area well, and overall had a colossal aura of wisdom and experience.
She was also highly transparent about the whole process: Molly had kept me updated on the viewings and any potential changes, alongside of making sure the viewing worked in tandem with my own personal-life commitments.
She was also early to every visit, and situated herself so that the viewers knew where to find her.
Great all around - she has a fantastic future.
I’m not surprised the house had been purchased so quickly … When you have such an exceptional albeit skilful team, what else can you expect?
Highly recommend Frank Innes.
