Nightmare experience with this office when trying to sell a house in Sutton. Told us we had a cash buyer. Only found out through solicitor that we were in a chain when on verge of exchanging contracts, leading to further three-month delay. Then they lost the keys to the house that I’d handed into their office. Claimed they’d never received them. Shocking.

UPDATE. After posting this review yesterday a reply has been posted asking that my friend make contact herself directly. Don't see how this will help as she has made contact herself directly on numerous occasions and has been fobbed off and ignored. You've known about the problems for nearly a year, it's a bit late trying to act like your concerned now.
AVOID Disgraceful attitude to tenants. My friend has been waiting over a year for repairs to be done. Her house is full of damp and mould. She has a leak from her roof and now her heating isn't working. The temperature in her house is 13.9 in October and she can't sleep with being so cold.
She has contacted Frank Innes on numerous occasions and they couldn't care less. Should be ashamed of themselves letting people suffer like this.

Molly was highly professional & ethical, and was a real expert at the house viewings; She gave really succinct tours of the property almost like a rollercoaster, displaying a full palate of tools from comedy - and therefore making me & the viewers both feel at ease - to fantastic overall communication.
Clearly Molly had done her research and knew all the nooks & crannies of the property; she had a big array of answers to questions, knew the local area well, and overall had a colossal aura of wisdom and experience.
She was also highly transparent about the whole process: Molly had kept me updated on the viewings and any potential changes, alongside of making sure the viewing worked in tandem with my own personal-life commitments.
She was also early to every visit, and situated herself so that the viewers knew where to find her.

In fact apart from them actually advertising the property the rest was done by myself, chasing solicitors, talking to the buyers etc. So in effect paid £2000 for an advertisement. I would not recommend them and I’d definitely look elsewhere in future!

I am in the process of purchasing a house with Frank Innes Sutton in Ashfield. Professionalism from Lewis Moss - Sales Negotiator has been outstanding! He is knowledgeable and certainly an approachable individual with excellent customer service. As a first-time investor, the world of property is extremely daunting.
I understand that estate agents deal with 'big' money and keen investors. Never once have I felt that my questions posed was insignificant or irrelevant. My lack of experience in this area did not phase Lewis at all. In fact, him sharing /educating me whilst viewing the property solidified the deal for me. A huge thank you, we are grateful!
Additionally, prior to searching in Sutton In Ashfield, I have been liaising with Kirsty Kay in Mansfield, who kindly supported me with her knowledge of the area... and always responded to my inundated emails; about locations and potential future tenants. We contacted Frank Innes for a valuation and within 2 days of a valuation and professional photos taken we had back to back viewers and all offered above the asking price. The team including Libby, Lewis and Ellie are very professional and keep you updated every week, nothing is too much trouble. We used their solicitors with the sellers package and are very pleased with the online portal which was very straight forward to include step by step instructions. From start to finish it will be around 8 weeks for a completion date. Highly recommended for estate agents with a very friendly team.

We contacted frank inners two weeks ago to sell our property, libby shooter came out on the Wednesday to give us a valuation we was so pleased with her and everything she explained we went ahead with them. photos was on Thursday and our house went on the market for Friday. Viewings on Saturday and offer on Monday we couldn't say no too the whole team is amazing always on the ball letting us know straight away on updates, Ellie, libby, Chris have been going the extra mile for us I would highly recommend them

I can't explain how nervous I was before selecting Frank Innes. I hate being sold to, and I get very anxious with the 'suited and booted' approach. However the whole team at Frank Innes are so approachable, and they calmed me down really well. We are happy to report that they work so incredibly hard. Our property went on the market on a Tuesday, within a few hours we had 2 viewings booked in. By Thursday less than 48 hours later, we had 5 viewings booked in and at this point it hadn't even gone on right move, and this was just the team passing information on and generating interest. The photographer they sent on the Thursday, and she was lovely and really had a great eye for detail and was enthusiastic about the house being staged properly. The property went on Right Move on the Friday morning, and then the flood gates opened. 24 hours later, we had sold our house! That's 4 days people - 4 DAYS!!! from going on the market to SOLD. I can't thank Frank Innes enough. They are great - don't be nervous about using them, the whole team are just absolutely superb!!
