Dealing with Debbie, was rude and not very helpful. Told to be at a place for 10am and to ensure I'm on time as they can't be waiting around on a Saturday and guess what... no one turned up!

Really disappointed with the service they offer!
I viewed a property make an application went to the office with all the paperwork, I even offered to pay 6 months upfront they never got back to me!

Asked for more info on a property and was told to go read it on the website. Simply rude, uninformed, and unhelpful
It's not unreasonable to expect a sales person to know something about what they are selling or at least try and find out

Great service from start to finish. Office staff were polite and efficient. Our Surveyor Tom was very professional and was very patient and knowledgeable answering/explaining the questions my wife and I had. We would highly recommend this company and Tom in particular to anyone needing a survey.

Recently sold a property via the online auction process - managed by Tom. The process was very efficient and I was very happy with the service (and the fact it sold over asking price)
Compared to others I’ve sold with W A Barnes were competitively priced and I would happily buy (or sell) through them in auction again.

I would avoid using this company to market a property. Nigel, I believe a partner at this company (?!?!) is very rude, dishonest and misleading. Save your time and effort and look elsewhere.

A disgrace of a company. Didn't inform me of multiple offers on my land in Nottinghamshire. Not sure what they were trying to do but pulled the listing and the land has now been sold with another agent. AVOID!!

Rude and arrogant women when calling regarding a property for sale. I wouldn't buy a house from these if it was the last house in the UK. Absolutely no need for such rudeness!
