We received an excellent service from W A Barnes. The home report on the property we are purchasing came back very quickly. We had to follow up with an inquiry one month later due to some new problems we discovered at the property. The surveyor offered to visit the property again free of charge the next day and advise on the work needed. We are grateful for this level of great service and would highly recommend working with this company.

Huge thank you to Debbie and the team at WA Barnes for help in selling my aunts home, it was a super difficult time on so many levels , selling a home that had so many memories was tricky as was selling a home that I didn’t know … I didn’t know about the electrics etc or what to do to sell a home!
Debbie was just brilliant, they showed care and attention and nothing was too much trouble
Would definitely recommend should you need their support in the future

Dealing with Debbie, was rude and not very helpful. Told to be at a place for 10am and to ensure I'm on time as they can't be waiting around on a Saturday and guess what... no one turned up!

I viewed a property make an application went to the office with all the paperwork, I even offered to pay 6 months upfront they never got back to me!

It's not unreasonable to expect a sales person to know something about what they are selling or at least try and find out

Great service from start to finish. Office staff were polite and efficient. Our Surveyor Tom was very professional and was very patient and knowledgeable answering/explaining the questions my wife and I had. We would highly recommend this company and Tom in particular to anyone needing a survey.
