Some of the finish on quite a few of the houses is terrible, ( brickwork) an old fashioned builder friend of mine would have a coronary if he saw it, on top of that there's many of the building materials look cheap rubbish, the fences and turf are appalling, wouldn't dream of buying one of the houses even if i could well afford it....
