I would love to give more stars.
I dealt with Saran and Helen who are both extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. This is a real personal service they offer, when they know what you are looking, doesn't matter how picky you are :) they are all over it, finding the right property for you, You are made to feel like they are only there for you which is extremely humbling and very rare. Lets face it, this is probably THE most stressful time of your life. Nothing is too much trouble, if they need to find something out for you it is always dealt with in a very timely manner. Their patience is phenomenal, they are sympathetic and understanding to your needs. You will not be disappointed. In time you will also be writing a glowing review, believe me!
Finally, they are both very friendly and I feel like I have known them a long time, which is amazing to me.

Fantastic experience with Ideal Estates as a First-time buyer with no clue what I was doing, I was guided and helped along with the whole process. They were very accommodating and efficient at all times. I would 100% recommend. I dealt mostly with Sarah who is such a friendly and helpful lady but the whole team were wonderful. Fantastic service from Helen and her team.
From the initial valuation to completion day the level of service was superb. Helen and Sarah have a wealth of knowledge about the whole process. Any queries are answered promptly. This is the 3rd property Helen has sold on our behalf, Although we have moved out of the area, should we move again, ideal would be our first call. Highly recommended well worth the 5 star rating.
