I would love to give more stars. I dealt with Saran and Helen who are both extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. This is a real personal service they offer, when they know what you are looking, doesn't matter how picky you are :) they are all over it, finding the right property for you, You are made to feel like they are only there for you which is extremely humbling and very rare. Lets face it, this is probably THE most stressful time of your life. Nothing is too much trouble, if they need to find something out for you it is always dealt with in a very timely manner. Their patience is phenomenal, they are sympathetic and understanding to your needs. You will not be disappointed. In time you will also be writing a glowing review, believe me! Brilliant estate agents. Really quick from having the valuation done then pictures done and on the market the same day. Dreadful Customer Service and totally unprofessional had a viewing booked for over a week for a rental property and took a day off work to be able to view this property in Skellow , Doncaster . I drove from Barnsley also in the heat, on arrival there was no one there. I contacted the company to be told that it had already been rented out and told they had left a voicemail that morning advising of this. After checking my phone they had left a voicemail at 2.30 pm (2 hrs before my appointment ) but the voicemail was blank. The woman I spoke to at the agency called Rachel was not apologetic at all and very matter of fact about it... this is the second time we have had an appointment with them for 2 different properties and been told it’s already gone before the viewing but this time with only 2 hrs notice I feel it was not acceptable ... really disappointed in their service...
