Great team, Luke has been amazing. They kept me up to date with everything when applying for a tenancy, were patient and really accommodating. They’re also super quick to reply to emails and maintenance requests and provided me with a welcome folder when I moved in that had everything I needed for the property, even the gas certificate and instruction booklet which so many landlords/agents don’t provide. I feel like they actually care and want to provide a good experience for renters. Thanks so much to the team for helping me find a new home much closer to my family. :)
