Consistantly Great Service ! I have used 3 keys for a few years now for the fully managed rental service, they provide a very good service, I deal with Chloe on a regular basis, all my queries and questions are answered promptly and if there are any issues with the property they are dealt with professionally. Any repairs or maintenance issues are dealt with quickly by Ros, another member of the team. I have also dealt with Lisa & Laura, all the team are really helpful. After using another agency prior to 3 Keys who caused me nothing but trouble I am really glad I have found these guys, they offer a very personal service & are a pleasure to deal with :)

I have been letting my properties through 3 Keys for the past 11 years. During that time they have gone above and beyond my expectations in all areas. The vetting of tenants has been comprehensive and not just a form filling exercise. They use their experience and professional judgement to secure successful tenancies for all parties. The management of tenancies is always efficient and reliable. The service is friendly yet there is a determination to deliver when it counts. Houses are re-let quickly and issues are resolved promptly. Lastly, they try to represent the interests of both landlords and tenants in a fair and equitable way throughout. Special thanks to Ros for the many times she has gone beyond the call of duty in looking after our properties and Laura for her excellent management of the business. Thanks to the whole team! :-)

I have used 3 Keys to manage my property as a landlord for the last 9 years and can honestly say they have been fantastic - keeping me fully informed about all matters, chasing and paying rent on time as well as being on top of maintenance as and when required. Caused more problems for me and my family. dreadful women
If the daughter didn't run the small back town business the mother would have less bottox and out of a job. There's to many BACK handers going on with that firm. My landlords house stood empty 6 months after been given false information about selling prices. I am now back in the house they decided to put up for sale. Caused nothing but emotional stress to my family..
BEWARE STUPID PEOPLE WORK HERE

Excellent professional service. Laura went over and above what was required to ensure the completion of my home went through quickly even though it was quite difficult as the seller lived in the USA!! I would highly recommend using 3 Keys in the future.
