If I could give a 0 rating I would! They seem all nice at first then boom the change! I posted a previous review of how ignorant they are, once accepting to look round a house before they even let me sign the agreement they demanded I took down my bad review! The house standards where disgusting to say they have regular cleaners coming in. Also maintenance never came out and did any repairs! In the welcome pack you get they try and intimidate you by saying if you leave we will find out where you have moved too. I notified them I would be leaving on the date of my 3 month tenancy and since the day I left they have been adding cleaning costs (which the room was spotless upon leaving) not to add when I did move into the room I had to clean it before putting my things in there as it was disgusting also damage costs which where never there. I asked for photo evidence and they couldn’t provide me with anything! Then they are charging me rent for a room I moved out of! To then be sent threating emails and text messages for this money to be paid in which I didn’t owe them a penny. Now I have been summoned to court for all of this! Trying to make my life difficult by having a CCJ put against my name so I couldnt get another house (all stated in the welcome pack which I have saved and will be coming to court with me with the rest of the threatening emails and text messages)STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS LETTING AGENCY! Not worth the hassle and the manner they speak to you in is absolutely disgusting! No people skills whatsoever and not professional in any way shape or form!... Read more

If I could give 0 I would they have refused to sort out a broken tv in my room whoever did a room inspection stole money out of my room other residents stole me food and the letting agency ignored my complaint avoid at all cost they take your money and don’t sort issues out do yourself a favour stay away from them... Appalling experience. Seem very nice at first but we found them dishonest and they try to scam money out of you when you leave. My son was treat so bad that it went to court. The judge told my son he was very sorry that he had had to suffer this. Reply to Bespoke letting below It's a bit late to discuss, it's already been to court and you lost. You have our surname, how many times do you go to court, surely it wouldn't be hard to find unless this is regular behaviour for you. Your an absolute disgrace, you should hang your head in shame. You never answered my phone calls or my emails and I wrote many times and you wouldn't give your governing body, so just look it up and I'm sure you will find me.... Read more

They do not respect the law. After signing the contract, they do not reply to emails for repairs you wait months. They are not interested in anything and also they enter the rooms while you are away i had this situation when i didnt get any info about checking my room and someone just use key without knocking and enter my room can you imagine?. Traumatising experience. Seem very nice at first but liars and as a student scammed me out of £300+ . They confirmed I had left the property clean only to back track and charge me for cleaning expenses and sent an agency to harass me and send me letters. As I was a student at the time I really didn’t have time or interest to take them to court, though I wish I had. They don’t do anything about racist and abusive housemates either, even if you provide evidence.... Read more

After leaving the property they decided 6 months later to send me a ridiculous bill for damage to the property by a group of thugs that I didn't even know and after going to court the judge said how sorry he was that I'd had to experience this. Absolutely disgraceful! They've given themselves a 5-star. Between 20 and 30 phone calls were made without an answer or a response to messages left. I think these are part of a dodgy network of landlords because apparently they pass some of the work on but I just think they are a just a fraud, what reputable company would pass work on if they can quite clearly handle it themselves? and if that is not the case why do they keep flooding websites with their adverts??? The only people to give them a 5-star rating either people that work for them.... Read more
