It's taken a whole year and countless emails and phone calls to try and get the ponds and swamps in our garden sorted out. In the end we had to threaten legal action before anything was actually done. They've now started the process of doing something, ( obviously on the cheap), but we'll see if it actually resolves the issue. I've lost count of the plants and trees that have died after a week planted out, now keeping them in pots to save them. However, the house itself is lovely and well designed. Usual snagging problems but these were dealt with in a leisurely manner by keepmoat. Kudos to Andy for kindly putting up with us phoning and emailing him almost daily!!!

I purchased a 4 bed detached house with keepmoat. Great service and support provided by development team. We have been looked after Sales executive Sharron. She was available for any questions and answered understandable.
She communicated with us and lawyers where it was required.
Checklist and paperwork have been followed up as required.
Once we moved in sitemanager Aiden took over and introduced to the property. Once moved in keepmoat support team with Ashley has taken over.
Happy to do future business with keepmoat and from our site we would recommend anyone interested to work with reliable developers in UK. ???? ???? ???? ????

Was gonna buy on here but found out there's too many social tenant rental houses. Supposed to be only 30 percent of this estate, but there are over 200 social tenants houses so not a nice private estate at all. More council type place.
