After unsuccessful marketing our house with two other agents, we decided to market with JLord after being impressed with their services when viewing other houses with them and it was far and away the best decision we could have made. The process was impeccable from start to finish, professional photos taken and every one of their team made the effort to come round to the house to get to know it prior to it going on the market.
We had plenty of viewings and three offers within 3-4 weeks, which we were delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt extremely well informed from start to finish, communication was honest, clear and regular which we really appreciated. The whole team at JLord are superb, special mention to Julie and Molly who were incredible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5* service when selling or buying.

Dealing with the team at J Lord & Co made the whole buying process a pleasure. As usual there were a few surprises along the way, but all were dealt with in a fair, pleasant and prompt way. Estate Agency is odd in that you have both a client and a customer. Though not their client, we were made to feel important, valued and our interests were fully considered at all times. Outstanding. A tumultuous year of failed sales, not through my Estate Agents but Liz Truss and her mini budget and the rising rate of mortgages been a shock to many. I cannot praise this Company enough. The whole team are aware of your sales progress including fab girls in the office. However I have to praise Julie the wonder woman. Every offer she forensically went through the chain, estate agents and solicitors. I have moved quite a few times and this has been the most 'hands on team'. People often query Estate Agents charges, however I think Lords every penny. Yes it was traumatic and stressful but would have been so much more horrendous if I had not chosen Lords. One of my few brilliant decisions!! Especially as we in a strange climate regards house sales, if you want incredible attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge of the market, friendliness and scccess then go to this supercharged team. Thankyou a million times.

After viewing a number of properties with Julie, I finally got the timing right with my own sale to be able to make an offer on a property and the service I received throughout the buying process was second to none. Any hiccups in the chain were dealt with extremely pro actively by Julie (and Mollie) and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. I can recommend J Lord and Co to anyone buying or selling - they take as much of the stress out of the process from the buyer/seller as they can which is definitely a great reason to go with a local agent. I'll use them in the future should I need to!
