WOW!!!!! what an amazing experience I have received from LMS, especially Kevin and Jackie who have gone above and beyond to help me find a rental property in such a short space of time due to being given a section 21 notice from my previous property. They searched the market for a house that would suit my requirements and exceeded my expectations. Calls were always answered or returned on the same day, and this was the same with emails. I recently rented a fantastic little flat through LMS property, and I was expertly guided through the whole process with the help of Kevin and initially by the lovely Jackie. They were both on hand to answer any questions I had about the property, and made me feel at ease about the move. Jackie and Kevin even managed to help me source a new mattress, as I didn't have a way to get a new one in time!
Definitely would use LMS again in the future, and highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent or buy their future homes.

Excellent support with finding our gorgeous new home! Jackie was absolutely lovely showing us around the house on the initial viewing, no query was too much to ask. We felt no pressure in regards to committing straight away, advice felt very genuine!
What is usually a painful experience was seamless with the help of Jackie and Kevin.
We met Kevin on key collection day and cannot fault the service we received! Warm and friendly office to enter, really grateful for the whole team.

We have recently used the service of LMS and they were absolutely perfect.
we have recently rented a property from them and from start to finish they have been extremely helpful.
During the viewing stage I was struggling to get the time off work so Jackie for LMS met me outside of work hours just to show us around the property.
Due to being tied into my current contract i couldn't move for almost 2 months, Kevin at LMS spoke to the landlord and organised for the property to be held for me while we waited the 2 months need with just a small deposit.
After we moved in i noticed some small fault with a plug socket, I raised this with LMS and within 2 hours i had an electrician calling me organising to come and have it fixed.
I have had bad experience with Estate Agents in the past but LMS has been perfect from start to finish, If you are a landlord wanting them to manage your property then there is no-one better. If your a tenant dubious about renting from and estate agent then do not worry with LMS as they will look after you from start to finish.

We purchased our first house with Michelle at LMS and let me tell you, no matter what my question was she was always happy to help and no questions was I ever made to feel stupid. From seeing other peoples experience with other estate agents I feel we couldn't of found a better one. We would definitely recommend LMS Property and Michelle Killoran to Market and Sell your Property in Winsford.
We instructed LMS after we had been on the market for 5-6 weeks, on a full marketing package, with a well-known online Estate Agent and had received no interest in our beautifully presented 4 bed detached property in Winsford.
We selected LMS, due to Michelle's honesty, professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm.
Getting to market was quick and easy and LMS were willing to market the property alongside our existing online agent.
Despite no further interest via our online agent, LMS quickly generated interest, viewings and within a period of 4-5 weeks, we were in a position to begin negotiation of final offers from interested buyers at / above our target selling price.
Unfortunately, despite Michelle's hard work and excellent rapport with prospective buyers, we lost the property that we had reserved as the developer returned it to market due to the lack of traction on the sale of our property during the first 5-6 weeks on the market with the online Agent.
The only reason we were moving was the new house that we had seen and reserved.
The developer received another offer on the house we were buying, which was in a position to complete much quicker than we could. Rather than commence negotiation of final offers only to pull out shortly afterwards and let everyone down, we decided to withdraw our property from the market and continue to enjoy the great house that we already own.
If we had selected LMS, Michelle and her excellent team in the first place, (having now seen how they operate first hand), I am convinced that we would have secured our dream house.
Whilst disappointing we didn't get our ideal move, it's important to live and learn from mistakes and if and when we find another dream house in the future, we'll definitely instruct Michelle and LMS Property to sell ours first!

I have given 5 stars because me and my family moved cross country which is a difficult task but even more so when rental properties are up one day and gone the next. We had to travel 240ish miles on many occasions to look at properties, we went with multiple companies in Winsford and surrounding areas to begin with but we found that none were as genuine and down to earth as LMS property, so we ultimately gave up on the others and let Kevin at LMS sort us something out. The whole team is great, we had Kevin helping us out and credit where credit is due he is brilliant. He made a seemingly impossible move possible and would dread to think where we might be of ended up without him. He found us not just a property but a place we can call home. For the sake of keeping it as short as possible I'd like to summarise why others should consider go with LMS. Staff staff staff! Realistic pricing of properties, welcoming environment second to none. Some places felt like we were walking into the hornets nest, but LMS (especially kevin) genuinely seemed to care and wants o help.
I could keep going but it is a lengthy review as it is, thanks again everyone.

Found LMS through a comparison site, and had three estate agents come out for viewings. I decided to use LMS based on the how prepared and knowledgeable Michelle was during that visit. She had performed checks on my house, and the surrounding areas before the visit, and came with a pack of papers with all the information to help me; and answered all the questions I had – and made sure I knew all that was involved in moving.
During the whole process, Michelle was very friendly, helpful, and knew what was needed. She showed me houses in the area of the type of was looking for, and gave me advice of different areas, builders, etc… She also knew a lot of other companies who could help me with all that was needed.
I had some issues with the downward chain (not linked to LMS) which lead to changes in moving dates, etc…, very near the end of the process. Which meant I lost my movers, and had only a couple of days to arrange it all (and as it was on a Bank holiday weekend everyone I could find where all booked). Michelle was very calm (I was a little stressed at the time) and she just knew what to do – she discussed it with me, and helped me come up with a plan and was able to find me the movers (who were also excellent), etc…, needed to make it all happen in a very short timescales.
Would very much recommend LMS to anyone looking to sell in the area.

If there was a zero start rating, LMS would have it. I waited 1 week for Sebastian from LMS Property Maintenance to visit for a quote and survey. Having arranged to be with me at 9am, I got a call at 9.30am to say he was nearby and could not find the address. I waited another 2hrs. He did not ring, and was not answering his phone. I rang again at 4pm later the same day - he gave a lame excuse - "I had an emergency and forgot to ring back". Really? I guess I should thank my stars that I wasted time, not money, on what seems to be a massive cowboy outfit. Good riddance. I will look to more professional and reliable workers, of whom there are many

After failing to find a property to let with other local letting agents due to having pets, I called into LMS with very little hope. How wrong was I..
I was greeted by a smashing gentleman called Kevin who immediately made me feel relaxed and welcomed. After explaining that I had 2 outdoor cat that only come in the house for a couple of hours a day to be fed, and were not keep in the house all day & night, he made the extra effort to contact the landlord and explained my situation more directly. His efforts paid of and the landlord was fine with the situation. Definitely recommend these guy's especially Kevin as I couldn't fault him for all his work

I used LMS to view a property they had for sale. They just got all the little things right. Answered the phone quickly. Arranged for a viewing for the next day without hassle. Then allowed me to view another property at the same time when I saw another LMS for sale sign on the same street. Submitted my offer - formally - straight away. Whilst Michelle (who I dealt with) obviously works for the seller she facilitated the deal with insightful details as to how I might bid, what id need to do with t he property and so on. As a landlord i cannot fault the level of service they offer.All the team act so professional in everything they do. When renting out houses and using a rental company trust is paramount over time i 100% trust this team to act in my best interest if i'm out of the country also the advice given from Alison (who is brilliant) the time she takes to find cheaper quotes when remedial work is needed is well appreciated and again we use the word trust , a recent example of their level of service, I use their fully managed service and a few weeks ago i had a call from a tenant to say that she had an electrical problem this was above my knowledge to repair so I asked her to use the call out service 45 mins later i had the same tenant ringing me back to say that she had reported on the 24/7 call out number and a electrician had been out and repaired the problem. Yes you read right 45 mins from report to fix.Also i would like to thank Nigel and Kevin whose job it is to find suitable tenants they have a gift trust me and are a good judge of character and Naomi whose emails I look forward to the most. The statement of accounts that I receive each month are always on time and correct and well set out to understand. Well done LMS on a top class service .

To be honest the service that I recieved at the beginning was fantastic!This went down hill fast I put an offer in on a property which was rejected so I went away to discuss with my partner if we could afford the asking price (I had been informed what the seller would accept) So I put in an offer in for what I was told the seller would accept and I still haven't heard anything back 3 weeks later.... I drove past the property yesterday and it now has a sold sign on it !!!! I didn't know my offer had been rejected not a single person from LMS has let me know its absolutely disgusting service I will never again look for a property that is up for sale by LMS.

As a tenant, you need to have a good relationship with your landlord/lady or the estate agents. And so far they have done nothing right. We have called them numerous of times to ask to fix certain problems and I've had to wait weeks... Sometimes over a month. Just to even get a call back about what is going to happen. I will definitely not be going with LMS in future.

If I could give them zero I would, the worst agents I’ve used in my life. You never get any feedback from Nigel slack, I’ve complained about the lack of communication and service to the manger and he promised to sort it. Still no nothing. CHEAPER IS NEVER BETTER! Pay a little extra and go with a reputable company. Stay clear!!

Gave LMS the job of renovating a rental property in Winsford. Should have taken six weeks - nine months later, still not finished. Communication very difficult, they don't reply to emails often. They seem to have no interest in finishing the renovations.
