Outstanding! Outstanding! Outstanding! A friend of mine said “an estate agents is only as good as their sales progression team”. That friend said to me “They are the ones that hold the chain together, do all the hard work and make the sale and purchase actually happen. This is really what you are paying all that money for. Get the best progression team you can”. My goodness was that friend right. Clare at BJB is the absolute best money can buy and is worth her weight in gold. She was outstanding from day one and made the fee BJB charged worth every single penny. Our move was not easy or straight forward. There was obstacle after obstacle, complication after complication. It was incredibly stressful. Clare kept our sanity. Her communication skills with everyone in the chain were superb. She ensured information was communicated effectively and she kept everything together. We truly believe if it was not for Clare, we would not be sat in our dream home now. She made the magic happen.
