Peter and his team were amazing from start to finish. Our property (Carshalton Beeches) had been up with a local agent that were a large National agent & we had less than a handful of viewings before we were recommended Kennedy’s. We were worried at 1st as our property was out of their normal area but they were fantastic. Their communication was second to none and they liaised with us at every step of the way. We had several viewings every week, consistently until we found a buyer and then once we found our buyer, Peter & his team was on call to sort out any problems or bumps along the way. Peter’s negotiation skills and people skills were what got this deal over the line & the property sold. Highly Recommended Kennedys were involved with the sale of our house in Tadworth. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, supportive and great to deal with. From the initial visit to value our property through to the date of completion, we could not have asked for better support from every member of the Kennedy's team. The admin team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The sales team were fantastic and supported us every step of the way, communicating throughout. Kennedys are a family business and we appreciated the personal touch. We could have a laugh and a joke with them, really important as selling a house and moving is stressful. Unfortunately 1 star is too many. AWFUL communication and the customer service is non existent. We have tried to rent two properties through Kennedy’s and on both occasions we were left completely out the loop unless we phoned them ( multiple times may I add ). As it stands we put an offer in on a property in July and we were apparently waiting to hear back from the landlord. Fast forward a month and we can see it has now been let to somebody else. Always fantastic to be kept informed! AVOID like the plague if you value your own time because they definitely don’t value it.... Read more
