Dear Peter, Andy, Georgina & Ben, Team Kennedy’s – We should concentrate on the outcome not the journey, and what a great outcome, great buyers, seamlessly progressed to exchange of contracts for my sale. There were bumps in the road along the way, but this is the UK housing market and should be expected, however, you stuck at it, made the right suggestions at the appropriate time to react to the market and the hurdles put in our way, but we cleared each one in turn by being open, honest and realistic. We fell in love with a property that they had advertised, we were not expecting to get it after being rejected from so many estate agents for various reasons, on our viewing we had Sarah show us around the property and she a pleasure to meet and talk with, she reassured us that if we wanted this property they would everything they could to help us get it, after talking to the landlord she came back to us and told us the news that our offer had been accepted, we then mainly dealt with Laura who was just as lovely as Sarah, we were quite worried on renting again after a bad experience previously, therefore we rang Laura quite a lot and was met with nothing but reassurance and help and we were in the property within 2 weeks of viewing it. After moving in we then rang as we had a question that we knew they could help with, Sarah and Laura were unavailable but Bex answered our question and we are now at ease and in the beautiful rented property and it’s all thanks to the team at Kennedys.
