Very unprofessional. Poor communication, doesn’t reply to emails. They made it very difficult to book in surveys and viewings and therefore progress with buying a property through them. We will not be dealing with them again and do not recommend.

Bartlett and cook, have managed my property for over eighteen months now , and have been excellent in findinding first class tennants , never had any issues at all, the staff and of course Andrew Bartlett, have always been professional, and efficient as well as keeping you fully informed , and I would not hesitate in recommending this company in finding the right tennants what appears to be very quickly.

Having dealt with most of the agents in Banstead and not had much success, I decided to Google local estate agents and I came across Bartlett & Cooke.

Terrible experience. Wasted my time by arranging a viewing for a property that was not actually available. Left a voicemail to cancel by which time I had already moved meetings and was on my way to the viewing. Would not recommend, very unprofessional.
