Very unprofessional. Poor communication, doesn’t reply to emails. They made it very difficult to book in surveys and viewings and therefore progress with buying a property through them. We will not be dealing with them again and do not recommend.

Having dealt with most of the agents in Banstead and not had much success, I decided to Google local estate agents and I came across Bartlett & Cooke.

Terrible experience. Wasted my time by arranging a viewing for a property that was not actually available. Left a voicemail to cancel by which time I had already moved meetings and was on my way to the viewing. Would not recommend, very unprofessional.
