My family was interested in a local property for a substantial price in excess of 3 million pounds
Due to tight limited time commitment we requested if the agent could kindly accommodate us for a viewing at 7.00 pm
The agents comments was unfortunately we can only have viewings up to 5.30
I realise that we all have commitments but when there is a potential genuine interest in making a purchase I was extremely disappointed
I will direct my business elsewhere who are more flexible and eager to sell, especially with the large commission that can be earned

We recently bought our house in Kingswood through Richard Saunders. From the first viewing until completion, despite the lockdown and all its curve balls, the team there was nothing short of faultless. Professional and responsive and willing to go the extra mile to cater to some very non-standard requirements that we threw their way. They were in no way obligated to us as we were not their clients as such, but they didn't let that deter them from trying to help. Dan & Richard deserve a special mention. Thank you again !

I rented a flat via Saunders Lettings for just over four and a half years. From the start they were always professional and organised, and during my tenancy I felt they responded and reacted well to issues that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again or recommend them to friends.

Terrible lettings department. Took 6 months to evict a tenant. Really dragged out due to sending out incorrect paperwork. Very incompetent with dealing with issues. Still took Thier fee for the few months the tenant paid and no compensation was offered.
