I rented a flat via Saunders Lettings for just over four and a half years. From the start they were always professional and organised, and during my tenancy I felt they responded and reacted well to issues that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again or recommend them to friends.

Terrible lettings department. Took 6 months to evict a tenant. Really dragged out due to sending out incorrect paperwork. Very incompetent with dealing with issues. Still took Thier fee for the few months the tenant paid and no compensation was offered.

Our move was anything but straightforward plus we had the added complications of Covid19. However, the team at Richard Saunders really demonstrated the value of a good estate agent with great friendly communication and a really positive attitude. Matt, Clinton were excellent and when furloughing struck in stepped Michelle who was amazing in pushing the move over the line. Whilst always doing the very best for us, she may as well been our buyers agent (although she wasn’t officially) and at the same time she liaised with and pushed the appropriate solicitors with prefect judgment. I would thoroughly recommend the Saunders team to anyone.
