Responsive, understanding, and brilliant at getting vendors to be super-patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

14th May 2026 (1 day ago)Cubitt and West gave us a very pleasant experience selling our home. Their valuation on the property and their honest opinion was what made us choose them to sell our house. Rather than an agent that would say yes to anything to secure our business, they pushed and challenged us to think about our opinions on the price in order to make sure the house had the best impact on the market and wasn't lost within the 100's of other houses because it was over priced. The employees within the office are all very friendly, and quick to respond and act on your behalf. Overall, a very good experience.

The property photos looked amazing and really showcased the house at its best. Communication was excellent throughout — they were always easy to get hold of, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. A special shout out to Zoe, who oversaw the whole transaction and was fantastic throughout. She liaised efficiently with solicitors and other agents to keep everything moving smoothly, and her friendly and approachable manner made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.
