19th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Selling a family home, lived in for over 60 years, is a responsibility that requires the executor to choose an estate agent carefully! I could not have been more pleased with my eventual choice.<br>Jamie, Paul and Selina were a pleasure to deal with. From my initial meeting with Jamie, through their multiple visits to the house accompanying viewers and then buyers, I always felt confident that this was a team that worked hard, to provide a service that was about delivering the right result for the seller and buyer. And they are such nice people too!<br>I thoroughly recommend them.
10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sadly not the company they once were; as a managing agent they are chasing me for service charges despite me having instructed an agent and these deatils being advised some time ago. The excuses given were staff name changes amnd absence - seriously? No apology, just a referral to the complainst process. There are far better companies providing these services

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

After 2 other agents and all hope lost Duncan and the team gave me nothing but confidence and 3rd time lucky really was the case. Even through the tough times Duncan went above and beyond to provide clear communication, advice and guidance during the unclear moments. Not only is Duncan a rockstar but the whole team I engaged with just exuded professionalism while maintaining a personal service If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
