We were very pleased with the service that was provided, dedication and professionalism shown by all the team. We were unfortunate to lose our first buyer but Hamptons swiftly replaced with an even more suitable buyer. It's been a difficult market politically however this did not affect the performance of Hamptons, our trusted estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommended their service to our friends and family.

The staff and service offered to me whilst I had my house in Dorking was excellent although the sale took a long time it was always kept in the forefront of everyone who was involved . I’m very pleased to say I would use this company again without hesitation. Thank you to Jo and Milly and all the staff .

Responsive, understanding, and brilliant at getting vendors to be super-patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in.
