Really grateful to James at the Blythe Bridge office who assisted with our sale. Keys is a family run business and you really get a good vibe from that. He made everything very easy and our property sold within 5 days of being on the market. The photographer that they use is wonderful too - really pleased with how our photos came out. They really did show off our property. We got the price that we wanted and a really efficient sale. James was also very good with communicating throughout - he passed messages between us and the buyers without a problem. He was not pushy and didn’t nag. We will be returning if needed in the future and would recommend to all of our friends and family.... Read more

honestly, if I had the strength at the end of a highly stressful move, I’d have contested paying them! I was in the loop ahead of them at every step as I took it on myself to start contacting agents below us in the chain! We spoke to agents above, below and right at the bottom to get things done. They were giving us the wrong information at times, I know this because I’d already been made aware of the right information by people below us in the chain! Our sellers agent did what these should have done. I hate to give a negative review, but even after I called and expressed my concern that we are always a step ahead of them, it didn’t seem to wake them up. I really don’t feel that they fulfilled the role I paid them for, but after nearly 4 months of almost zero sleep, I decided to just pay, (I did tell my solicitors not to pay them and it wasn’t until the day before the move that I decided to pay) I really had no strength left and I feel some of that burden shouldn’t have been on my shoulders. We used them as Keys festival park we’re so good, but wouldn’t again, sorry keys, you dropped the ball.... Read more

Moving house is one of the most, if not the most, stressful experiences you can have. Every step of the way you are hoping for support to make the process as painless and simple as possible. This is where a company like Keys steps in. Right from the first decision to move house, Keys were invaluable in making us feel at ease and supporting us with the day to day details, with friendliness and great communication that really helped. James, Christine and the others really go above and beyond to try and make the process as fluid as possible, from the fantastic visit and photos to the property you are selling, the superb 3D walkthroughs they now offer of properties and the professional and informative language used in their real estate listings. Their prices are both competitive and worth every penny, and I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for an estate agent that will both support you and give you clear guidance through your property sale and purchase. A special mention should also go to Lesley Lowe who works alongside them as a financial advisor, and if you want to go that extra step in getting superb advice, and more than likely saving some money along the way, you should certainly look into speaking to her too - I know I won't be making any property or mortgage decisions ever again without consulting her sage advice. Keys provided us with a sensible valuation of the property but the deciding factor for us was the high quality, customer-friendly website where we had a large number of photos and a very useful 360 degree walk through video - ideal when marketing a property during a pandemic. We recently found the house of our dreams and sold our property through Keys estate agents in Blythe bridge. Thanks so much to James and the lovely lady Cristine I spoke to on the phone quite often .They were always on hand with any questions and were happy to help at any point (even when we were on the phone nearly everyday) they have the best customer service and are really knowledgeable. Also we had Lesley Lowe, their mortgage advisor apply for our mortgage and she was amazing, she really knows her stuff and got me the best deal. We really cant thank them enough. What a slick outfit they run at Keys in Blythe Bridge. Great sense of urgency and willingness to help you out and get the job done. Both James and Lesley were great and couldn’t be faulted in anyway. A very nice gentleman called Simon they use for the photography and virtual tour. What a great job he did showing off our house. Two days later it was sold to the first person who stepped foot through the front door who said he had already decided he wanted the house but just wanted to check the house out in the flesh because the pictures were so good, he wasn’t disappointed! We could not recommend Keys enough!! Their staff were professional, courteous and helpful. We had our property valued, photographed and listed in 3 days and an agreed sale in place within 7. They kept in touch through the sale process, keeping us updated with any developments. The photographer that came took our suggestions on board and was very helpful with their suggestions. We even made some changes to the listing (as we had finished painting one room after the original listing) and the amendments were made seamlessly. We recommend Keys to all our friends and colleagues and will only use them for any future property sales.... Read more

I visited Keys to have meeting with the mortgage advisor. This was a very professional setting and offered everything you would expect from a high street estate agents.
