I thought Your move were excellent. They gave me more information than my own solicitor did, and I have already recommended them to my friend who is selling a house. Every agent I spoke to was able to answer any query that I had and they were always polite and helpful.

I have rented with my family a house in Longton via Your Move and I was positively impressed by their support. Alex, our consultant, took an extra mile to get us moved in before the agreed date( as I could only hire a van on a specific day to move our household). Alex left the office later than its usual schedule to make sure the documents are signed and we had the key handed over. For this reason, I ranked the service as 5 stars.

Impressed with the service and response times from this Your Move branch, particularly the Alex (as we liaise with him the most). My partner and I are purchasing a house advertised by this agent, and Alex has kept us informed with all processes every step of the way, doing an excellent job or obtaining any answers we might have, or just passing messages between us and our sellers.
We hit a snag with the sale (separate party’s fault), and it was Alex who kept the chain alive and strove to deliver for us and our seller.
I wouldn’t have any issue recommending the services of this agent, nor would I hesitate and using them.

The team at the Longton branch have been exemplary. Matt and Alex in particular have been very supportive, professional and responsive to emails sent regarding potential tenancies. I was originally let down by a landlord but Matt quickly saved the day and the second process was extremely quick, easy and stress free.

I was recently left a house by my father and was unsure what to do - sell or rent. I was lucky enough to speak to Matt Poole who was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient and open to discussions around what the options were. Matt was able to identify and shortlist suitable tenants, he also took me through the process of being a landlord step by step without the use of jargon and generally allayed my fears about becoming a landlord. From start to finish the process has been easy and this is due to the support and guidance of Matt and the team at Your Move, Longton. Avoid completely.. They will tell you a house is available then it isn't and then let you view tell you to apply then rent it out to someone Else without having the decency to let you know. They have very poor communication and not honest in anyway

It sounds silly to have to write this but not all Agents off the same level of Service - Matt and his team return phone calls, the liaise excellently with tenants and find tenants easily, nothing is too much trouble. My partner and I have been using Mike to do our mortgage and I couldn't recommend him enough. Sale side of things was acceptable but poor performance from the lettings team who offered us a house to rent with a date to start the tenancy before getting confirmation from the landlord that they wanted to continue to rent the house. We agreed a completion date on sale of our house based on this tenancy only to then be told it couldn't go ahead. We felt there was no regard for the consequences this had on us and our family. Luckily Belvoir lettings outclassed them and enabled us to keep our sale by securing us a lovely home and working hard to get us in in the space of just over a week. Your Move could learn a lot from them about how to look after its customers, I do not intend ever dealing with them again.
