I have rented with my family a house in Longton via Your Move and I was positively impressed by their support. Alex, our consultant, took an extra mile to get us moved in before the agreed date( as I could only hire a van on a specific day to move our household). Alex left the office later than its usual schedule to make sure the documents are signed and we had the key handed over. For this reason, I ranked the service as 5 stars.... Read more

Impressed with the service and response times from this Your Move branch, particularly the Alex (as we liaise with him the most). My partner and I are purchasing a house advertised by this agent, and Alex has kept us informed with all processes every step of the way, doing an excellent job or obtaining any answers we might have, or just passing messages between us and our sellers. We hit a snag with the sale (separate party’s fault), and it was Alex who kept the chain alive and strove to deliver for us and our seller. I was lucky enough to speak to Matt Poole who was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient and open to discussions around what the options were. Matt was able to identify and shortlist suitable tenants, he also took me through the process of being a landlord step by step without the use of jargon and generally allayed my fears about becoming a landlord.
