Organised a viewing at 9:30am, viewing then got moved to 5:30 then received a text that viewing was moved back to 9:30, turned up and no one was there, rang the office and was told viewings had been cancelled and then viewing has now been put back 2 weeks, need to sort out the booking system ASAP... While looking at the houses they told they will fix the all the issues and took our deposit, our first month rent and also signed the contract and as soon as we shifted some other person from agency said they wont do anything and we have to accept the house as it was. I will not recommend renting house from this agency. Staff is not helpful. There are many other things than this pictures.... Read more

This is one of the worst estate agents that I have used by far, from the beginning process of putting down a deposit to the current situation living in one of their properties. The employees themselves first showed us a viewing and after we put down a holding deposit, they announced that the rent per week had doubled. It was only till I troubled and followed up multiple times that they retracted and apologised for the error. Ive recently moved into the flat that they showed us, but with so many complaints its been a week and the estate agents still have not followed up with me. It is a constant chase to get anything done by them, they have a poor lack of communication and it is clear a straight ignorance for tenants.... Read more

I wanted to write an honest review of the experience I had using Keywest to sell my property. This was the first property that I have sold, so a bit of trepidation was expected. I had an appointment with Bruce and instantly felt at ease due to him being down to earth as opposed to a pushy salesman, we had an open conversation about my property and he was honest, informative and told me what I could sell the property for realistically. We agreed on a figure and true to his word, the property went online that evening and the following morning I got a call to let me know that there were 13 viewings booked in for the Monday, within 5 days my property sold for just 2K less than what the property went on the market for. I was pleased as it achieved more than I was expecting. Throughout the sale both Bruce and Tony had kept me updated with either emails, text messages or phone calls. I really couldn't ask for more, the service genuinely was first class, the fees were less than surrounding estate agents had quoted, they were both professional and genuine people to deal with. A+... The little bald man has no respect, no professionalism and may have some other bigoted issues, yh in 2020! So we got to our appointment, the door was open & no one was there we called the office to let them know that we have arrived and we are outside, they said will be with you shortly or if the door is open go in, so we waited about 4/5 minutes, Nothing. So we walked in looking for the agent, he comes down the stairs with some other people doing a viewing "Jovial and laughing" took one look at us and said who told you to come in you're going to have to get out. Key West Estate Agents is an awful excuse for an estate agents. My friends and I have booked 5 separate house viewings, to the same house, and they’ve been cancelled every time or the company has never turned up to show us around. The first time we were actually outside the house and nobody came so we called and they claimed there was no proof of the house viewing being discussed, when in fact we had an email booking confirming it. The second time we were outside the house and the booking was due for 10:30 am and they emailed us at 10:40 am saying they couldn’t come, but at 9:30 am we gained a confirmation phone call ensuring that the house viewing was still on. The final time we re booked the house viewing (because we really liked the look of the house and it had perfect location), they cancelled again on the morning of the house viewing. When the house viewing was actually arranged, the woman on the phone claimed that she would send us an email showing us other good houses and good locations to search into that has perfect location for us to live. This was never done. As students it is very frustrating when a house you want to view never happens, as houses get taken up very quickly- in which we explained but gained no apology at all. Overall, they have rude social skills, bad communication and awful customer service. So all together don’t go here because it’s not worth it.... Read more
